Monthly Rentals in Mingo County

Thomas and his wife Samantha were wonderful hosts. We loved our stay. Sometimes it’s hard for us to go on vacation because of our dogs. We were allowed to bring them, there was a fenced in back yard which made life so much easier. There was a garage to put the machines in. Lots of trails. We absolutely loved the guided tour, we would highly recommend the private tour. We got to see amazing sites. Any questions we had they were very responsive and very nice. We definitely recommend this place, and are looking forward to coming back. My husband lost his wallet while he went riding with my son. My husband didn’t even know his wallet was missing and Tommy had already brought the wallet back to me. Really nice and honest people.

Exactly as advertised. Large parking area if you have larger vehicles or a trailer. Host proactively checking in with you to make sure things are going well. Will stay again if in area

This place was an incredible find! I was grateful for the communication from the host and willingness in all my planning/questions. Walking in we felt right at home, even had homemade goodies for us. Town is small, everyone was kind and helpful. We rode several trails nearby. Comfortable beds, clean linens, ample parking for 2 trucks and trailers as well as several ATVs. We can't wait to come back and use the outdoor seating, firepit and front porch.

Kathy's house was a great place to stay in Delbarton with a nice yard, spacious house, close to trails, and a friendly neighborhood. Kathy was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.
