Apparemment sympa, proche de tout, propre, calme, discret c’est ce que je recherchais. La personne qui m’a accueilli très sympa et très réactif. Je connaissais déjà l’appartement car ma maman avait réservé et elle n était pas dessus. rien à dire.

Wir wurden von einer netten Frau empfangen die uns das Airbnb zeigte, sogar eine kleine private Dachterasse ist mitinbegriffen und sie Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und sauber!

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

Wir waren 5 Tage in Mindelo und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns 4. Spektakulärer Ausblick vom Apartment auf die Stadt, Berge und Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist unten im Gebäude und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In das Stadtzentrum geht man 10 Minuten oder fährt sehr günstig für keine 2€ mit dem Taxi. Check in und Check out war problemlos über Kontaktmann/Security. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Mindelo mit Ausflügen auch nach Sao Antao, und Entspannung in einer schönen geräumigen Wohnung. really nice place. I stayed here for two months and had a great time. The house and especially the terraces are beautiful. The staff and owner are really friendly.

Ruimte genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb genoten van de enorme buitenruimte. Het centrum gemakkelijk te bereiken. Benvindo was snel te bereiken met vragen. Ik kon mijn koffer daar achter laten toen ik een aantal dagen een ander eiland wilde bezoeken. En heb besloten terug te gaan de laatste dagen van mijn vakantie.

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Filomena Apartments! Het appartement was top! Jammer dat de directe omgeving nog een bouwwerf was, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. Ligging helemaal perfect, op wandelafstand van het strand. De host regelde ons een vast contact voor taxiritten en gaf ons tal van culturele tips. Van een topvakantie gesproken! Echt een aanrader ✨

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kai, Mary et Larissa. Des hôtes avec un sens de l’accueil plus que chaleureux, plein de petites attentions pour ma famille. Le logement est très très bien équipé et très spacieux. Logement éloigné du centre dans un quartier authentique mais nous ne regrettons pas notre choix cela nous a permis d éviter la foule et le bruit du carnaval. À voir absolument pour ceux qui se questionneraient sur le choix de la date! ;) c est juste magnifique et une ambiance magique! Je recommande plus plus ce logement et cette famille. J’espère y revenir un jour! Un super chauffeur de taxi (Calu) nous a été envoyé par Kai, joignable facilement et très arrangeant lui aussi. Bref un super séjour merci à vous pour ces merveilleux souvenirs. Fanny

Het is een heerlijk appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Het leven van een vissersdorp speelt zich voor je neus af. Uitzicht op de oceaan. Echt genieten. Het vliegverkeer hoor je niet of nauwelijks

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arminda et Joce ! Le logement est grand et confortable ! En périphérie de l’agitation de la ville, la maison est dans la campagne, au calme. Pas loin, un petit village avec un petit restaurant de Julia & Tony que nous vous conseillons !! 😋 Arminda est très disponible et nous a aidé pour beaucoup de questions ! Merci encore Arminda !

Estancia fantástica con vistas increíbles El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Las camas eran cómodas, el baño espacioso y las vistas espectaculares. La comunicación con Gabriele y su equipo fue excelente. Siempre estuvieron atentos y todo lo que pedí me lo proporcionaron con gusto y muy buena predisposición. Como mejora, sería útil contar con un tendedero y una lavadora. Además, el wifi a veces no funciona bien. El alojamiento está algo alejado del centro, por lo que es necesario moverse en taxi. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy buena y volvería sin dudarlo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I spent one month in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! from the friendly welcome from the host and her responsiveness in helping me with any question, to the central location, comfort and space of the apartment, this was the perfect home away from home. The flat is very spacious and breezy and has an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and I loved having a washing machine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Not to mention the place was super squeaky clean and it exceeded all my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

A casa era óptima! Muito espaçosa, iluminada e arejada. Limpa todos os dias por senhoras muito simpáticas. Óptima localização, 10 min a pé da Laginha, 5 min a pé de um supermercado e rodeada de vários restaurantes, bancos e gelatarias. Bairro muito calmo. Sempre que foi preciso, o Senhor Artur resolveu tudo o que pedimos com a máxima rapidez.
