We had a good stay. The apartment was very clean and we liked the quiet neighborhood.

Geoff and Jo were amazing from reservation to checkout. Responsive and polite, their suggestions for various restaurants in the area were on point! Their place is perfect for a home base to travel throughout Tokyo with the train station just a 5-minute walk away. Quick walk to the 7-11 or McDonalds for those late night or early morning food runs. House is exactly as depicted with plenty of space (no need to duck your head if you are over 6 feet). 2-story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 9 if you use the spare twin mattress). A 1/2 bath upstairs with a full bath downstairs. Full bath consists of 2 rooms (separate 1/2 bath next to the bath/shower room). Stacked washer and dryer. Complete kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and standalone cold/hot freshwater dispenser (used this extensively). Large WiFi-connected TV in the living room. Can't recommend their place enough for a weekend stay or a longer get-away!

Overall a great place to stay in. Ample space to move around plus the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the house was a great help in bringing our luggages up and down and also after a long tiring day of walking. Lots of shops and dining around the area. Convenience stores and the metro station are walkable. Jerry is a great host and replies within a few minutes.

Kenji is a great host who is very responsive. Due to flight delays, we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and he was kind enough to stay up and show us in. Definitely check out the black spa as per his recommendation. He has bikes that you can borrow to explore the neighborhood.

My family had a wonderful stay at Adrien’s place. It was in a great location, very quiet and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was clean and well kept. The gym was brilliant. We really did not expect that amount of equipment.

Great place to stay if you want a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Very friendly host and always responsive. The house is conveniently located with subway station a short walk away with 2 stops to Shinjuku and 20min away from Shibuya.

Great place to stay. Lovely spacious apartment and good facilities. Loved the balcony and views. Fab location in a buzzing yet quiet part of Tokyo, close to two stations and loads of restaurants and food outlets. We loved our stay and it felt like home for a week.

Nice place with a great terrace! Walking distance to the train and shops. For 4 people and suitcases maybe a little tight but still completely okay. We liked the place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku. There were four of us in the apartment and we had ample room. The location was in a nice part of town surrounded by restaurants and cafes close to public transport and local attractions. The beds were comfortable. The shower was lovely and the kitchen was great for making small meals.

The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. Emiko was very responsive and gave useful advice. The washing machine inside the apartment is a big plus. Everything dried very quickly. We were a family of five, cooked food and ate together. It was very cozy. There is a large mall near the apartment where you can buy everything including fruits and vegetables. Overall, we would be happy to come to this apartment again.

Great comfortable place to stay for 2 weeks. Close enough for a short walk to busy Shibuya activities and trains but far enough away from all that to have a quiet place to sleep. Some nice restaurants very close by and an awesome walk up coffee shop (the coffee hangar) around the corner. The apartment was small but clean and livable for two. I am tall (6’5”) so hit my head a few times on doorways and my knees hit the wall in front of me when sitting on the toilet. But fit on the bed just fine. Good refrigerator and freezer and cooking space. Good air conditioning. Good water pressure in shower and sink. Did laundry in their washer and hung outside to dry using hangers they provide. Overall very good stay. No complaints.

kayo was very responsive as a host. the location is good and easy connection to Asakusa station.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location from the centre of Shibuya Crossing and lots of restaurants, shops and convenience stores within short walking distance. We did have to catch an uber from the train station as too far to walk. Apartment was very spacious for our family of 4 and was clean and tidy. Would be an exceptional property if it had an upgrade and renovation as the decor and furniture was tired, but was a very comfortable practical home for our stay. Would highly recommend to our friends and family!

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
