It was a great place to stay. As the name suggests, it has a very open window with a view of the forest, and I had a relaxing time looking out at the wonderful forest. I would definitely recommend it when you come to Oiwake.

Yoshi's place was very clean. The beds are good. It's about a 23 min walk from the bus stop to the house with a steepish uphill road, but cars are courteous. Kusatsu is fantastic! The hot springs are within walking distance and accepting of tattoos. The hot spring in the house is fantastic. Wish we stayed longer.

We had a very comfortable stay! I would like to use it again.

Mr. Mohinder provide us with the best living experience in Nikko. It’s not far from the Shimo-Imaichi station and with the great weather, it was great to go for a walk! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed, from shampoo to plates! Mr. Mohinder is also a great communicator and replies fast, which allowed for a smooth booking. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again! Thank you Mr. Mohinder!

The location was very good, and it was also a big attraction that it was within walking distance of the symbol of Kusatsu Onsen, "Yubatake". Also, the owner was a very kind and pleasant person. If I had to mention one regret, it was that the stairs leading up to the second floor were a little unstable and felt unsafe.As a result, the second floor was rarely used.If the stairs are improved in the future with handrails, I think the lovely relaxation space on the second floor can be used with peace of mind. LOVED THE STAY!! They allow dogs which is great and the rooms are very spacious. I love sleeping on Japanese Futons (Though people who like soft beds might not) It is in a good location for both skiing and night life. Nozawa Village is hard to get around with steep hills and narrow snowy streets but once you are checked into the stay you are set! They have a dry room but it is very small which is quite normal for Nozawa. The service was top notch and they bent over backwards to accomodate our every need. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!!

Our stay at Mayuko's place was amazing. The house is autenthic and spacious, on a quiet and beautiful location. The garden is very pretty with a river next to it. It's perfect for walking around. We felt at home. The Nagano prefecture is one of the best and we would be happy to stay again! Mayuko is a very nice host and very responsive. Recommend.

It was my third visit. The access to Kyukaruizawa, the surrounding tranquility, and the environment as an accommodation all meet what my family and I always want. Also, you can always get in touch with the host quickly, so there is nothing to worry about. I recommend that you try this place when you go to Karuizawa.

Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

Completely recommended. Cozy Japanese house, calm neighborhood, and they provide complete facilities, from cooking utensils until 3 bicycles 😱👍🏻👍🏻. Very close to echigo yuzawa station, about 3 minutes walk. easy to find and basically you live in the terminal (and station) but without the crowd fuss, so you can go anywhere around yuzawa with ease (don’t forget to use the bike!) And the hosts are ssuuuupeeerrrrbbb. Swift response and clear massage from check in-out instructions and during your stay to make your stay unforgettably amazing. We would definitely recommend others to this house when arriving Karuizawa for vacation. We are pleased on the stay, 広瀨 san is very kind and helpful.

The ski resort is right in front of you, and there is also a drying room, which is convenient and comfortable, so it will be your second time using it.There was heavy snow this year, but the road to the building was also removed, so I was relieved. Lloyd, the host, was flexible with check-in, checkout, and shopping at the supermarket, which was helpful.The kids love it.

There was also a table tennis table and card games in a lovely home, and it was very fun to feed the♡ sheep, goats, and pigs!It was so much fun to remember when I was a student ^ ^ Thank you very much.

I stayed here to focus on some work on my laptop, and it was perfect — super quiet and private, with almost no one around. There weren’t any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, which was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if I had a car. Since it’s pretty deep in the mountains, next time I’d like to come with a car or a bike! The Wi-Fi was great too — I got 76Mbps download speed on the Fast speed test, so everything ran really smoothly. I’d definitely come back! 🫶❤️✨
