Small cozy 60 m2 house, clad in wood, ideally located near the ocean on the south beaches side, in a quiet area, close to shops. Here you can do everything on foot: beach, food shopping, night outings, boutiques, freshwater stream. Guests can park their vehicle in a private place or on the street for free. By bike, you can reach Lake Mimizan and its flowery promenade, Contis, Mimizan village... For the summer, I prefer stays of at least a week.

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
