Recommended! iIf you want to have a peaceful bonding in the balcony, this place is great! they have a table and 2 chairs at the balcony, also have wine glasses. You only need to buy/bring your own drinks, then you can chill there and gave a good talk with ur company. Also, lots of good restaurant and malls in the surrounding. if you need to buy/do something, there's 7/11 around, or dept stores, salon, etc.

All good. Just a little point for improvement, the smell of what the previous guest cooked was still there when we checked in. Perhaps the kitchen exhaust vent needs checking or maintenance. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay. Highly-recommended.💕

Great place close to everything

The apartment was super clean and super nice. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were perfect. Getting in and checking in was super easy. 10/10 place to stay. I will definitely consider staying here again.

my siblings and I enjoyed our overnight stay at Ms. Lorena's place. Upon arrival, the ac was already on and the unit was very clean, organized, and smells really good! We had a very cozy stay and felt right at home. We were provided with free bottled water and condiments if you are into cooking. There's also a honesty store of snacks, drinks, frozen food, eggs, toiletries, and even rice. It's perfect if you forgot to bring something or too lazy to shop for groceries. Ms. Lorena was also responsive and accommodating whenever we need her help. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I really the love place. The location is perfect if you want to relax. You can habe zumba and early morning jog as the place is near a boardwalk. It is also clean. We have eveeything that we need for our entire stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The photos in their profile does not do justice. The place is so much more. It’s homey and convenient. It’s safe and it could sleep 5 -6 people comfortably. The night ambience is my favorites. It’s very relaxing. * I travelled with a senior and having handrail by the toilet is a special feature I really appreciate. * the appliances inside are complete and more than what u need for your stay. I might want the spoon and fork set to be bigger and thicker atleast for my liking. * the beds in rooms are also A+ , we had 3 nights of good sleep. * the HOST, Martin is very friendly and accommodating. Answers to my minute request fast. I wish all hosts are like him. * internet is good. We had no problem. Overall. The place is recommendable, highly! It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Excellent location, very clean, and all the appliances worked as they should. The check-in process was much easier than at most of the Airbnbs we've stayed at. The host, Gladys, was exceptional—flexible and willing to assist when I wasn't feeling well on my last day in Iloilo. I'm so glad my wife and I chose to rent this condo. A different host might not have been as patient, helpful, or understanding during a difficult time.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Ocean Grand Villa in Boracay Newcoast! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She answered all our inquiries promptly and kindly approved our requests. Her hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved how peaceful and relaxing the place was. It felt like a true escape. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave when it was time to head back to Manila! *Bonus: There is a Washing Machine that you can use. 😊

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.

Isagani's apartment absolutely worth the price. The place is basic but absolutely fulfills all requirements we needed for two persons for two nights to explore El Nido. Seperate rooms, A/C, clean kitchen and shower room, centrally located still in a very-very calm street. Due to not existing house nrs in the Philippines it was not easy to find but Isagani was very reactive on chat and always available, so we could discuss everything efficiently in English via AirBnB chat. They also own a local travel agency and offered correct price for the daily El Nido tours where everything was perfect. So all in all I fully recommend Isagani's place.

Our stay at Amami was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities and cozy beds. Great place! Clean, peaceful, and really spacious. The access to the beach is a bonus too. The caretaker is very helpful. The welcome tray of fresh fruits is such a sweet gesture. Amazing host!

The entire stay was wonderful, 10/10! The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. As an Iloilo local, I can say that this unit is one of the places that has the perfect sunset view within the city.

Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.
