We enjoyed our stay here, the place is very spacious for a group like us. The host is very friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a less crowded space in Bora, this one's for you. It's walkable and is very near from different restaurants.

Juana and Tina were very hospitable despite us checking in late in the night. We needed a quick place to crash for the night and they welcomed us warmly into their place. The unit itself is spotless but homey and cozy. It felt like coming home rather than staying at someone’s place. Thank you, Juana and Tina for welcoming us! We’re definitely saving your place as one of our favorites if we find ourselves in Batangas City again (next month, maybe?). ☺️

Rosh was an amazing host so responsive, helpful and just an overall great person. She doesn’t just give you any old airbnb but a true home away from home. You can tell she put her passion and creativity into her place and truly utilized every inch of the space. Also everything in her home is high quality such as the bed, pans, how the electric burner is installed. Stay for over a month and she made sure had everything we need for our stay. Would definitely recommend Rosh place to anyone traveling in Iloilo.

Serenity Suite was the perfect place for our short stay in Iloilo. The place was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the beds spacious with clean, comfortable sheets. The bathroom had everything we needed like soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, plus a quality water heater with steady temperature. We loved the extras: a TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful river view. Just steps away is the Esplanade and Sunset Boulevard, perfect for peaceful walks among mangroves and lush greenery. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! Much better than some 3-star hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s ideally located for those who want the peace of private living with easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafés. We felt so at home that we enjoyed staying in as much as going out. Communication with the host and caretaker was smooth. They responded quickly with precise information. We’ll definitely book again when we return!

Beautifully kept squeaky clean unit. Very comfortable bed and lounge. Cannot fault the unit. Lowela, and Jay were so very helpful. They actually made our short 4 day stat that much more enjoyable due to their helpful suggestions and organising a taxi, tours and a private car hire to explore some hidden beaches way off of the usual tourist track. Arrived late at night and Lowela arranged for Jay to collect us from the airport even though our plane was delayed. Quiet location only 10-12 minutes by tricycle to SM which is close to Baywalk. Highly recommend Lati on Baywalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner with views onto the water and reasonable prices. Underground River was interesting as was the Firefly tour.

Best place to relax and stay when in Batangas. Rooms are the same as what is posted. Very clean. Everything is available inside the unit! Host is very responsive as well and welcoming! Also a great place for private gathering! Affordable!! Will definitely recommend!

Everything was as expected great place and facilities. The only thing they need to improve os they must provide duvet. The pillows they have provided are flag sheets and fitted sheets though they provide me next day still wasn’t thick enough. But overall experience was great

Absoluteky loved our stay here!! The hosts were incredibly kind and more than helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The athmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it one of the best experiences we had in puerto princesa. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We're already plannibg our next trip and will definitelt recommend this place to all my friends and family. Had a great stay in this unit located in a quieter part of Boracay—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive, and having an onsite maintenance team gave me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Spotless clean, and very comfortable beds, kitchen has everything needed, and Netflix, and hot shower and safe parking.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

Recommended place for staycation! The location is near to the grocery stores and to the main highway which provides easy transportation. Malapit sa highway pero tahimik ang lugar makakapagrelax talaga. Responsive rin si owner with our inquiries. Thank you po!

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

The whole family really had a great time at Cherish's place. Cherish was a very responsive and accommodating host. She helped us with our tour packages and transportation. Everything was in order. She gave clear instructions and her whole staff were awesome. They were friendly, respectful, very helpful and attentive with all our needs. We were a big family of 18 pax and everyone was well cared for by them. Shoutout to Kristin, Dodoy, and Weng!! Thank you for all your help! Kudos to Cherish and Benj for training their staff well! Even going out of their way just to provide for our needs and accommodate our requests. Her place was very relaxing. The kids had lots of fun. It was a perfect place for a 5-day holiday and for a big group like ours. Wish we could have stayed longer. If ever we return to Puerto Princesa, we would definitely book this listing again. It was a very, very perfect experience and I love everything here.Although there are only two bedrooms, the living room has a spacious double bed for use.The host was very kind and went out of his way to facilitate us.It is a 3-minute walk from the white beach, and the kitchen utensils are more complete than my home.It was just perfect, my family and I couldn't afford to leave and would stay here again if we had another chance to come to Boracay.
