Monthly Rentals in Milton-under-Wychwood

We chose this beautiful barn in the Cotswolds as a base for a nearby wingwalk experience, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The barn is full of charm — spotlessly clean, stylish, and set in a peaceful location perfect for winding down. We brought our two dogs with us, and the garden area was perfect — fully enclosed, safe, and secure, which gave us real peace of mind when letting them out. One of the highlights was a stunning nearby walk that led to a lovely spot with ducks, ideal for a relaxing stroll. The owners were fantastic hosts — incredibly accommodating and kind. They offered us an early check-in and a slightly later checkout (just an hour each side), which really helped with our plans. They were also available and responsive throughout our stay, making everything feel effortless. All in all, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside escape.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very comfortable, perfectly located and a great base for our exploration of the Cotswolds. We particularly enjoyed the walks down into the village and had two great meals at The Hare during our stay. This is a great option for anyone looking to stay away from the busier places in the Cotswolds, while still being within easy driving distance of a lot of the beautiful and scenic destinations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay, really peaceful, great location to explore the Cotswolds! Lovely village, with coop, park for kids and such a nice pub over the road.

Liz's lovely cottage offered a warm welcome upon arrival. We found the home, parking, and amenities to be excellent. Waking up to the view of the green garden was a real treat, and we definitely look forward to staying there again in the future.
