Our stay at this Centerville Airbnb was truly exceptional. The property is a stunning retreat with breathtaking views of Mount Shasta. The expansive, luxurious home offers a cozy, chalet-like ambiance that made even the rainy days feel warm and inviting. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we enjoyed the luxurious comfort and cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace. The hot tub offers a beautiful view of the Clear Creek Valley. Christie was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect—central yet secluded, offering both convenience and privacy. We highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone looking to experience luxurious comfort in a serene setting.

Becky's place/local worked perfect for the holidays. Everything we needed was available. Especially liked having set up for an infant. The pack and play and high chair was perfect. The decor was lovely and nice to have a Christmas tree ready and waiting for arrival. Although not much time was spent at house as had to leave a day early. Becky was kind enough to allow us early check in to set up a few things for kids arrival. There were a few issues but all worked out.

Beds were super comfy , quiet neighborhood and great place for a bigger group . We loved our stay there .

From the moment we walked into Kam & Nitu’s space we knew peace and serenity was in store. The views are unmatched and the silence is golden. We loved hiking down to the lake and playing pool in the evenings. We cannot wait to return this summer. Our kids were sad to go!

Amanda was very quick to respond. I msg her the night before check out 11ish and she responded immediately allowing us to extend another night. The yard was wonderful. Our dogs ran themselves to sleep. The house was wonderful and in the middle of my family so we could all get together and stay in one place enjoying each other’s company playing games, visiting, and putting together puzzles. It was the perfect thing to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

We had a absolutely amazing time staying at this wonderful place. We highly recommend anyone looking to get away from the city and enjoy the quiet mornings, great little place.

We came up to retreat #5 for a mens weekend getaway and the house did not disappoint. The porch looks right over the lake with some great seating to sit and play games or eat and relax. The living, dining and kitchen are spacious and laid out in a way that keeps you focused on all of the sliding glass doors giving you that great view of the lake. There is plenty of room to spread people out in the 3 bedrooms and the decor is really cool. The water was only about a 2 minute walk from the house making it a great location. I would highly recommend this for a getaway.

Stayed here again for our New Year’s travels. Scott, Julie, and Kaitlin were all very communicative. They made sure checking in was very easy and quick which was perfect for our needs. The cabin was clean and welcoming. It was a quick stay for us, but we wish we had been able to stay longer. The Basshole back in town is something that should not be missed - good pub food, and they are always very friendly when we stop by. We stopped and picked up food on the way in, and it worked out perfectly.

This was our second time staying at The Resting Place because it beautifully lives up to its name. Ideal-for-us quiet location in the Garden Tract, yet just blocks away from downtown restaurants and coffee shops, which we enjoy walking to. And a great bed for a phenomenal night's sleep!
