Vacation rentals with a balcony in Migjorn

Our visit was very nice. You have to walk up a small mountain, but you have a more beautiful view. So that was no problem for us without a car. In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks for the sunset. The kitchen was very well equipped, there are good knives, large selection of utensils and two cutting boards. We had a tea towel for a week. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom as well. Unfortunately, we had an unwanted visit of scattered cockroaches, which were easy to cope with the existing bug spray. Cockroaches are not uncommon for this region and otherwise we did not have any problems with the apartment (also no bed bugs as it says in previous reviews). Clear recommendation!! Great value for the money:))

There was very nice and peaceful. The apartment was clean and pretty new. We loved it!

The listing matched the photos and description. The kitchen was equipped for everything, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Convenient location with a very close supermarket, bars and restaurants in the area. Recommended

Nice spacious apartment, matches the photos. Spacious kitchen with all the comforts, basic food is available. Spacious balcony on the first floor with table and 2 sunbeds. Located on the east so in the morning sun. We sometimes found it a little fresh on the balcony now, especially because of the wind. In the summer it will probably be very pleasant to stay. Washing machine is available, is on the balcony which is located on the west so until late sun. Close to the beach, there is 1 apartment block (2 floors) in between (which you look out for). You can see and hear the sea here in between, with a minute walk you are on the beautiful beach. In the place itself, there is plenty to do. We thought it was very touristy. The apartment is no longer in the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of nice (and cozy) restaurants. Via a walkway along the beach, porte de l'Alcudia is easily accessible on foot (about half an hour). Here are nice restaurants. Good place to get around the island.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. Everything like it is described and the view from the balcony is even better than on the pictures. Well equipped to have a great vacation. Only thing is that it can be a bit noisy on the Main Street if you prefer to sleep early.

Great apartment with garage for bicycles. Direct access to the beach and a dream view. Breakfast on the terrace was a dream. If you like more TV, 2 channels in German) you should take Cromecast or Apple TV with you. If you have bicycles, you can assemble them very well and store them in a very large garage. Eroski supermarket is about 300 meters away. The Hawaii restaurant about 100 meters away has very good food. Those starting at the Ironman have about a 3 km journey. Parking near the start was not a problem (south side of the main road) Also very suitable for your own training camp! I will definitely return!

Great place to stay! The owner of the house came over immediately when we told him that one of the toilets wasn't working properly. He was really very friendly and helpful! We were able to clarify all open questions with him. What we lacked were spices (pepper, oil, sugar) and also what we can use for the grill (wood or charcoal) But the owner was also super accommodating and helped us out. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely book the place again.

Great place. Lovely space and the pool and outside area are amazing. Lots of bedroom space and really comfortable mattresses. Internet is incredibly slow so don’t plan to do any work on the Wi-fi. Although there is great 4g. The town is small but really nice. Good shop, bakers, restaurants and cafe all 2 minutes walk. Plenty of parking on the road outside. Would strongly recommend.

Pretty house in a small town. This is a comfortable and quiet place to stay.

We loved it! Beautiful house, more beautiful than the pictures. With a beautiful park, very well cared for and full of flowers. Ideal to stay and spend the day there with a grill and pool. The house had everything to cook and everything was very clean. The location is not central and you need a car to move around, but we really enjoyed nature. The only thing I would change is for the host to provide the garbage collection service and not for the guest to do so. The waste park schedule is quite short and 15’by car, that was the only thing uncomfortable. The rest was a 10/10. I recommend! Francisca a very kind lady!

It was a very nice stay and we would come again. It is such an amazing villa in the city, like a small oasis. It is even bigger and more beautiful in reality than on the pics. The garden looks like a botanic garden with 3 floors. We got some fruits and water and the kitchen is fully equiped. The communication was really good. All in all, we had a great time in this beautiful villa.
