Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Highly recommend! The picture is exactly shown how the house is. So tidy & cozy. Feels like a home kinda vibe. We had an amazing time during our stay.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

This is my second time I’ve stayed at this apartment. Super comfy, quiet and a short walk to everything you will need. The apartment also offers parking if needed.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Could see Peter Mac from the balcony as well as Royal Children's, Royal Melbourne and Royal woman's. All walking distance. Stayed 9 nights with 2 small children and 3 adults. Beds where very comfortable. Outdoor balcony safe and large for kids to run around and watch all the activity below. Great supply of kitchen & bathroom essentials. Great cafes & restaurants on the same block, as well as an IGA on the corner. Excellent hosts extremely easy to deal with. For location and size of property great value for money. At a time where we just needed things to go smoothly Ning Yi was a amazing and made this transaction hassle free. Will absolutely stay again & recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

We had a great two night stay at Jeff & Melinda’s. They were great communicators, and made us feel very welcome to use their place. The apartment is well located right next to a tram stop and has amazing views of the city. Check in was a little tricky because you can’t park in front of the building to grab the key (google street view is old and you can’t park there anymore as it’s a bike lane, so we parked around the corner and walked to get the key). But otherwise check in was easy enough with the detailed instructions and it was convenient that we could grab the key any time. The place was spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful inclusions. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and spa, which were nicely heated. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in Melbourne!

The place was gorgeous, lovely atmosphere however lighting was limited at night time. Easy to find the keys and get inside however took a bit of guessing to find the parking. But overall it was an amazing stay, had everything we needed there and the spa was wonderful. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

The place was in a perfect spot for walking to Melbourne Central for shopping, and walking distance was perfect for any sports events or concerts at the Stadium or Arenas. The apartment is perfect for families, as there was a high chair and children’s toys available. But it is also a great size for a trip with friends. The apartment was very clean and welcoming along arrival, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating.

One of the best, most well organised airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was immediately right at home. Port Melbourne itself was abit boring but it was perfect for what I needed.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts.
