Alexandro was very responsive and helpful. The location has a beautiful view of the harbor and very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The Rachid was incredibly responsive—quick to reply and always helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect whether you're in town for sightseeing or work—close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

التجربة كانت رائعة وجميلة 😁وكانت افضل من الوصف والموقع ممتاز لاطلالته وقربه من المسبح وقربه من الشاطئ المخصص للزوار، المالك (الاخ احمد) كان جدا متعاون واتمم لنا اجراءات الدخول واصدار تصاريح الشاطئ بشكل سريع، المطبخ مجهز بالاساسيات من بوتجاز وثلاجة وفرن كهربائي وغسالة ملابس واواني طبخ، دورات المياه نظيفة وفيها مناشف نظيفة، يتوفر ايضا مكوى لكي الملابس ومنشر في البلكونة وغير جلسة البلكونة الي اكيد راح اشتاق لها 😍 الشقة جميلة واطلالتها رائعة ونظيفة جدا ومن النقاط الي اعجبتني كثير هو توفير الاحتياجات الاساسية لك كسائح في اول يوم من ماء وشاي وادوات نظافة، التفاصيل هذي صغيرة وغير مكلفة ولكن تسهل علي الضيف الكثير من الوقت والبحث. الي جاي وبيجلس اسبوع مثلا ممكن مايحتاج يخرج من مراسي ولكن يفضل حجز سيارة من المطار او قولف كار من تطبيق G ride لان التنقل داخل مراسي نفسها صعب شوي. (رسوم تصاريح الشاطى لافراد العائلة لكامل المدة كانت بمبلغ اضافي وهو موضح من البداية و المبلغ حوالي ١١ الف جنيه او مايعادل ٨٧٠ ريال او ٢٣٠ دولار تقريبا فقط بإختصار التجربة راح تتكرر اكيد ان شاء الله (شكرا 🌹 ا. احمد)

- Très bon emplacement au coeur de la marina avec une superbe vue - Toutes les commodités (restos, supermarchés, plage, taxis...) proche de l'appartement à pied - Check in&out en autonomie donc très pratique - Hôte très réactif - appartement spacieux et propre dans une résidence à taille humaine (rare à Dubaï) Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Dubaï

Great location, right on the sea with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful and nice.

Perfect apartment for a few days stay. Modern and spotlessly clean. 2 beaches to choose from! Not a great deal in the area … yet … (building everywhere like every area in Dubai) but the restaurants and coffee shops are quite sufficient if you don’t want to leave the area.

What a beautiful location and home for a stay in Cyprus. Stavros was amazing with his communication, personal touches and incredible hospitality. Would thoroughly recommend, we particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the beach and being in a great spot to explore the surroundings. Thank you Stavros.

Ce grand appartement, spacieux et baigné de lumière, est un véritable havre de paix. Ses trois étages offrent une intimité bienvenue, permettant à chacun de s’isoler à son gré. La superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer invite à la détente et donne envie d’y passer des heures. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, et l'accueil chaleureux d'Alexandros a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : les douches, un peu exiguës, comme c'est souvent le cas sur les îles grecques.

This studio has a far better verandah and view than the pictures show . It is a wonderful place to stay ! Great space cleverly designed to fit it all into a small space . Light bright and close to all of the port bars and restaurants . Parking close too . Book a small car for ease . Bed big and comfortable . Swimming at bottom of steps right below us was fabulous . Giannis is a great host , responsive and helpful . Amorgos our favorite island and this studio the best accomodation there .

Le séjour chez Kareem était conforme à mes attentes. Son appartement était calme, propre et très moderne. Kareem était très réactif et nous avons pu très bien communiquer pour le départ comme pour l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement un séjour chez cet hôte.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the house. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, the communication with our host was incredibly easy and the location was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the calm and quietness of being a little off the beaten track. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that wants to be close to nature. Thank you Kyriakos. Ein Traum geht in Erfüllung. Wenn man bei Mats im Beach House Urlaub machen darf. Einfach Klasse, sauber. Uns wurde immer geholfen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Das Haus direkt am Strand. Die Gegend, das Essen einfach geil, wir mussten zwar früher gehen durch unseren Job zu Hause. Aber wir kommen wieder ganz bestimmt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Spot. Aufgrund der Lage und des Wohnungszuschnitts ein sehr exklusives Appartment. Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt, weitestgehend sauber. Obwohl Maria nicht vor Ort ist, wird man nett empfangen - gute Anweisungen und eine sympathisches Begrüßung. Es ist eine Wohnung, in der auch gelebt wird. Sie ist schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist aber auch folglich viel angesammelt. Die Gastgeberin ist nicht vor Ort. Sie gibt sich aus der Ferne viel Mühe alle Fragen und auch Informationen bereitzustellen. Das sollte man aber auch kritisch hinterfragen. Wir waren Anfang November dort. Mochlos geht zu dieser Zeit in die Winterpause. Das Angebot vor Ort ist nicht mehr vollständig.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Had an awesome stay at the apartment in Dubai Marina! The location is perfect – right in the middle of everything and super easy to get around. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Lauren was super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were totally smooth. Would definitely book again! 🙂

So sollte Airbnb immer sein: zuverlässiger, reaktionsschneller und höflicher Gastgeber. Saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Klare Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Unkomplizierter Checkin und auch noch ein toller Bonus in Form von Früchten, Kaffee, Bier etc. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!
