This housing is located in a house that is an architectural monument. The house was restored a couple of years ago and its architecture retains all the flavor of ancient Tbilisi courtyards. These are separate apartments on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The property has its own entrance, separate mini kitchen, private bathroom and a wonderful balcony.
