Eva and her husband are the loveliest people, you are greeted with open arms by Eva and have a good chat. The accommodation is 5 star with everything you need. Eva and her husband where very helpful in many cases such as the walk to Lidl was great but the shopping we done was too much for us to walk back so Eva’s husband offered to pick us up! Our overall stay was amazing both too far from shops and rentals. This place is perfect for a quiet place to head off to and for the beautiful scenery. If you want to get around and visit places there is public transport but I would recommend renting a car or an ATV as this is what we did for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone for one of the most beautiful get aways! Thank you Eva and your husband for everything and Gloria and I hope to see you again!

Great for the two nights we stayed there.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and a small shop. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony and the beach is just across the street. Our stay was perfect.

Everything perfect. The room isn't huge, but the furnishing, cleanliness, location and co-ordination were excellent. Well recommended.

Omer and all the staff were great, they were so welcoming and very friendly, the room was clean and they provided cleaning service with no extra fees where they refill bath products, toilet papers water and clean sheets, the location and pictures match exactly the reality The neighborhood wasn’t that great but there were no security issues Thank you to the stuff, they were very responsive and very friendly, we liked it so much and it felt home

Everything was as shown in the 1+1 Apartment we rented for the New Year's holiday. In a small complex located on a hill, there are independent apartments consisting of 2-3 floors with a bottom and top. With the contribution of the hilly area where the business is located, all of the apartments overlook the sea and have a magnificent view overlooking the Gumbet coast. This view can be seen from both the living room and bedroom. All white goods are available in the apartment and all materials are of good quality. Some items originating from the date on which the business established this complex are lightly used, but the apartments are still well kept and well-maintained. We didn't see a big problem with cleanliness, you can easily communicate with business managers. The only thing missing was the fact that there was no smart TV, even though there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. It was difficult for us to spend time at home, but the employees helped by providing an HDMI cable. In addition, having a carpet in the apartment at least in the living room could have been better in every way.

Mr. Ali was a friendly person, we poured a host with a very reliable and healthy character, thank you, I recommend it to everyone, I would definitely come back next time

Great place. Only stayed for a night and would stay again! Right across from the beach, modern and clean building lobby and rooms.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The views of the Black Sea from the apartment were amazing. I needed reliable WiFi to be able to work online for a few days and I can confirm that the internet connection was very good. There was also private parking. The host was very helpful and responsive. It is advisable to have a car if you want to reach the apartment as it is on a slope, but it is very easy to find even if you arrive by taxi. There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away and the airport is only 7 minutes drive away. We will definitely book again next time we visit Trabzon.

I stayed for one month. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean, services are great, staff are very friendly, housekeeping are good, air conditioning is strong, sofabed is comfy and can easily sleep two. I only had one real issue. On a few occasions I did find the odd little critter, but it can be expected in this environment. When housekeeping were informed, they acted swiftly. There’s a supermarket next door, shisha across the road, plenty of small restaurants nearby (Royal restaurant has amazing food and cheap). Mosque, clothes shop, basketball court, big supermarket, money exchange and restaurants less than 5mins walk away. Metro 10 min walk I would really recommend this place and although it’s 4 star, it’s not a Marriott. There could be some very minor improvements but all in all very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. We had no physical interaction with the host but he is responsive to messages and I am happy with the service provided. Close to Marina Thanks

The first stop accommodation for the family trip, my parents are satisfied, the living room is large, the whole is very comfortable, and the hotel-style service is a plus.If you are driving, remember to follow the front desk when you check in and they will help you to park your car.

Great place, great price; I wanted to have a room for a big family for an event at the Daniel - and it was exactly that. Slight note: the bathroom has partly transparent walls, which is not optimal, especially when traveling with children.

The location is great, it is close to everything and if you need to go somewhere else it is super easy to get everywhere since is close to train stations and some other public transportation options. The room was cleaned and impecable, Mehmet was there to receive which was very kind, everything in the room was working just fine. I strongly recommend this as an option if you are considering to visit Istanbul.

We rented for 7 days, extended everything for 7 more perfectly, the house is worth the money 7 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Ureki I recommend a quiet place to everyone.

The room is clean and the view is amazing, the room was warm during the whole stay, highly recommend spicily during winter. The reception guys were corporative during the stay. This place is highly recommend in bakuriani.
