Great stay, very comfortable! Little Havana is the best. Close to some really great restaurants and the pool was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay with a full house of 9 guests. We had my daughter's college graduation and wanted to have a family gathering celebration. The kitchen was a great size to make breakfasts and dinners. Also, having the barbecue was a plus as well! We enjoyed the pool on one of the hot days when we just wanted to relax when it was too hot for the beach. It was a very pretty place and we really enjoyed our family gathering. The kitchen had dishes and silverware and cookware to be able to cook in the kitchen. It was beautifully decorated and made it very homey

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

Adriana and Ricardo were very friendly and responsive. They communicated well whenever we had inquiries. Their place was as described and shown in their photos. The home was neat, clean and today. It was a perfect place to stay for our group of 6 people. Would highly recommend!

We loved our long weekends at Brian’s home. The location was absolutely perfect - away from the hustle and noise but also easily walkable to all the action of Las Olas! The home was comfortable and was exactly as described. All 4 of us were extremely satisfied and agreed we’d love to return next year!

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

Carmen and Ben’s listing was phenomenal. They came at such a great time as i needed a last minute place and they were able to provide hours within arrival. The place was private but super close to everything needed in south Florida and Miami in general. Absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book again. Thanks again Carmen and Ben!

My wife and I loved our stay at Deniz’s and would absolutely book there again in the future. We liked the secluded location that was still only a 7 minute walk to the beach. We wanted to spend our mornings lounging on the beach and Deniz provided everything you could need (towels, beach chairs with a cart, sun canopy, small cooler and sunscreen) to make that a reality. Would highly recommend for any couple looking to be close to the beach but avoid the main road hustler and bustle.

I had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The building was walkable to breakfast places, there was Publix/starbucks directly across the street, and just a quick Uber anywhere you needed to go. Beach and pool access was a great perk. There was even a cafe, bar, and restaurant in the lobby of the building. The host always answered in a timely manner and check in and check out was quick and easy. I will be looking to stay here again for any future Miami visits.

WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Amazing host with an amazing property! Beautiful views and close to recreation!

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

The host was very professional & responsive. The place was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was so nice & the water was always warm. We had a great stay & a great time. Would definitely recommend.
