Monthly Rentals in Miami River

Fantastic space and extremely convenient to everything Brickell! Phillip was a huge benefit for assisting, directions even electronic troubleshooting to mention a few things lol..all in all it was a more than pleasant stay and I highly recommend any of Philips units in the future!

The host was great! The stay was amazing, and the residence was fantastic – the pools and gym were excellent, and the 58th-floor pool was a real highlight. The only small things I’d suggest improving are the kitchen utensils – better pans would be great for a longer stay like ours (35 days). Also, the bed was a bit small for two people, so a larger one would make it even more comfortable. Lastly, the soundproofing wasn’t perfect, and you could hear the cars outside, but that’s probably more about the building itself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really enjoyed our time there! ✅✅🏆

Not sure where to begin, but we had a lovely stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how amazing the property is. The property was in a great location, extremely clean and taken care of and had beautiful scenery that truly made our Miami getaway unforgettable. The host was also incredibly friendly and welcoming! There's doing your job, and then there’s going above and beyond, which is exactly what this host did. He made sure every part of our stay was taken care of, and truly made us feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again—it was worth every single penny. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Miami!
