Tiny house vacation rentals in Metropolitan District of Quito

We have stayed at Juan Diegos' cabin twice. The reseve is remote, beautiful and peaceful. Birds, frogs, horses and other wildlife makes you feel like you are part of the nature. One of the walking trails takes you to the river and a picturesque biopool that is literally located in the middle of a pasture and fed by rainwater. It is the most unique pool that we have ever seen. The dining area has a large terrace with a view of mountains and an elevated view over the river. This terrace is a perfect place for flexing and yoga or just having a romantic moment. The breakfast is delicious and healthy and the hosts are very responsive and friendly. The arcitecure and design of the cabin are unique and stylish. Everything is done with meticulos attention to detail. You can cook your own food if you wish, which we did for some meals. The kitchen has what is needed for most simple dishes. We also loved the jaccuzi which worked as promised. Great both with or without kids.

The place is perfect for an escape from the city, in addition the place is very clean and have all the comforts to spend a quiet stay. Dominique is a very friendly and caring host, willing to provide any information requested. I definitely recommend that place and we will surely return…

This is a lovely, custom-built little house in a scenic location. If you have a four-wheel drive vehicle it would be perfect. We came by taxi and didn't ask enough questions beforehand. It is four km from Nono and the last km is steep and requires a four-wheel drive. Our hosts shuttled us from the junction when we arrived and when we left, so we were fine. They live about a ten-minute walk from the house via a path that goes through fields. If you had a normal vehicle, I think you would park at their place, as their access road is drive-able with a normal car. The "living room with fireplace" is actually outside but enclosed on three sides. They provided wood and we were comfortable. They arranged a wonderful driver to take us to Yanacocha Biological Reserve. He grew up in Nono and had lots of local information. It was a great day trip. The house and hosts were awesome; just be prepared for remoteness. Don't plan on walking to a nearby restaurant or calling a taxi.

Our stay at Karla’s BnB was amazing! Kunan House was the perfect base to explore and hike around Cotopaxi National park, and the views are spectacular on a clear day. The house itself was comfortable and well equipped with warm blankets for the night. We especially loved the delicious breakfasts every morning - variety of fruits, fresh milk, croissants, and even some special traditional humitas. We would love to be back one day!

A quiet and peaceful place, with a great opportunity to explore not only externally but also internally, with lots of light, and at night with a cozy space where you can enjoy the company. A great view and spectacular scenery, the water is perfect for any type of condition and the bed is very comfortable and cozy, just one small thing, the steps up usually fill with mud from the ground and the rain is the only point, since it would be a little more pleasant to regulate that, other than that 100/10 we love the place ♥️

Everything really perfect! The treehouse and the large property invite you to stay. For all the space you have, also outside - you do not feel like leaving the House, but it invites you to go and enjoy everything. We feel like at home from the beginning. The house is small but everything is perfectly fixed and so you have space for everything. The glazed walls make you feel like you are in the heart of nature. And at night with all the light - ingredients!! The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor fire pit invites you to have a daily barbecue. We travel with our kitten and for him it was a paradise too. Margarita and Carbón are the best pets and make you feel even more at home. Thank you Felipe!! :-)
