Monthly Rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Apartment with a lot of atmosphere in lively neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. The bathroom and kitchen are small but clean and equipped with everything. One bedroom is only separated with a curtain. I was well looked after by Fabia, even though I didn't meet her in person.

New construction , all amenities available, metro, bus, restaurants, grocery service near by walking distance, even colosseum and vatican city equi distance , cab charges 25 euro , takes 20 mins. I recommed this place

I lived 5 nights at Natalia’s place. The room is exactly matched with the picture and very clean. The location is in a nice and quiet area. It’s surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops with walkable distance to the metro stations or bus stops. Natalia is very kind and warm host providing all the useful information I need. I strongly recommend this place.

Nice studio apartment on the third floor. I was happy with it. Small kitchen , a decent bed, and a small couch and desk/table area. Quiet side street. Friendly and helpful english speaking host. At least a 20 minute nearby tram or bus ride from the historic center, in a non-tourist neighborhood near a very big park.
