Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Metropolitan City of Naples

Nice place. Appreciated the hosts recommendation and assistance with train and bus schedules. Location was close to train and bus station was well as stores and restaurants Appreciated the clothes washer and the host provided extra utensils Its is 3 flights of stairs up so be prepared. No elevator.

완벽합니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 남부 이탈리아의 특징이 잘 들어나며 테라스도 좋았습니다. 자동차 여행중인데 주차장 안내와 주차장에서 숙소까지 직접 짐을 옮겨주는 등 정말 친절합니다. 스테파노가 추천해준 관광지도 모두 좋았습니다. 소렌토에서 포지타노나 카프리 섬 여행하기도 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

Alessandro’s place was very walkable to great restaurants and shops. I loved hanging out on the balcony at night too. Will stay here again if we return to Napoli

Luigi reageerde snel en accuraat op onze berichten. Het appartement is ruim en proper. Er is alles aanwezig om je er thuis te voelen. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het station van Napoli centrale / Napoli Garibaldi. We mochten onze bagage al in de voormiddag bij de conciërge afleveren die ervoor zorgde dat het in het appartement gezet werd. Het is er ‘s nachts stil wat goed was voor onze nachtrust.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Pani była bardzo miła i pomocna, apartament czysty, umiejscowiony bardzo blisko głównej uliczki. Wszystko jak najbardziej na plus 🙏🏻

We really liked this apartment, and the location was perfect. The washer & dryer were much appreciated after 3 weeks of travel. The kitchen was well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. Our only complaints were these: We found the bed uncomfortable, and the WiFi was ridiculously slow. Aside from those 2 things, we were very happy with our stay here.

Location was perfect. Right on the plaza center. Host met us and answered all questions. The courtyard was a plus to sit and enjoy a little quiet time. Having breakfast items and coffee was great to have. I would definitely return

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in der Wohnung bzw. Gegend verbracht. Beides hat uns sehr gefallen. Für uns Eltern sehr entspannend ist das separate Kinderzimmer. Es ist mit einem sehr gutem Doppelbett und hervorragenden Matratzen für die Kinder ausgestattet. Für Erwachsene wäre es evtl. ein wenig zu schmal. Vor allem konnten wir als Eltern so noch ein wenig länger die Abende ausklingen lassen, wie zu Hause. :-) Die Lage der Wohnung oberhalb von Sorrent, fernab vom Trubel, ist sehr erholsam und ideal für Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel / Amalfi-Küste oder von Sorrent beginnende Ausflüge z. B. nach Capri, wenn man mit einem (Miet-)Auto anreist. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen wunderbaren Fernblick sowohl in die Bergketten der Halbinsel Sorrent als auch auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv. Positiv hervorheben möchte wir die leistungsstarke und reaktionsschnelle Heizung der Wohnung und besonders die freundliche schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria. HERZLICHEN DANK.

such a beautifully decorated apartment ,so tastefully. little touches such as fruit, water in fridge and sweets were very welcoming . less than 10 minutes walk to supermarket and pompei train station.stumning garden, nice to see segregation of trash. . I loved the apartment ,hope to be back soon.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Elisa was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the self check in and was flexible with the check in time. The house is 5 minutes from the train line that can bring you straight to Naples and Pompei

The pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful place. The grounds are spectacular! So much room to entertain and the views are stunning! You can see the water from anywhere in the home. It was so magical. The beds were comfortable. Plenty bathrooms and space. Great restaurants in walking distance. The people in the town were amazing. AnnaMaria was very sweet and helpful. Would love to return on our next trip back to Conca.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. L'appartement de Fabrizio est conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons tout fait à pieds depuis l'appartement, qui est proche de la gare et de la vieille ville de Naples, mais aussi accessible très rapidement par les bus de ville depuis l'aéroport. Fabrizio a été très réactif par message, nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec efficacité et des recommandations sur la ville. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Sabrina che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili per l'appartamento e numerose preziose informazioni in merito ai ristoranti nelle vicinanze e i mezzi di trasporto. L'appartamento è molto pulito, spazioso, confortevole e molto silenzioso. Si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della metropolitana (linea 1) e di due funicolari. Questo ci ha permesso veloci e facili trasferimenti in ogni meta. La signora Sabrina si è resa sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Alloggio curatissimo! Nessun dettaglio è stato lasciato al caso. Abiamo trovato persino trovato ombrellini pieghevoli a disposizione degli ospiti all'ingresso. Arredi di buon gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Luana è stata premurosa e precisa nella comunicazione con noi. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! È davvero bellissimo, spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo abbiamo trovato in condizioni perfette e incredibilmente pulito, il che ha reso il nostro arrivo ancora più piacevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato è stata la presenza di snack e bottigliette d’acqua nel frigorifero, un’attenzione che ci ha fatto sentire accolti sin dal primo momento. Inoltre, l’appartamento è completamente fornito: asciugamani, carta igienica, sapone e molto altro erano tutti a disposizione, non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luigi, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a fornire aiuto o consigli. Consiglierei al 100% questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🥰

Bel appartement dans un palazzo napolitain, décoré avec goût et situé à deux pas de la gare du funiculaire de Montesanto. L'emplacement est central et parfait pour visiter Naples, tout en étant suffisamment à l'écart du bruit de la rue. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées : rangements pour les vêtements, tables de nuit, volets, etc. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Les deux salles de bains et l'ensemble de l'appartement étaient très propres. L'appartement est accessible par un ascenseur. Les échanges avec notre hôte ont été fluides et cordiaux, nous avons reçu des recommandations de lieux à visiter et de restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande !

L’appartement de Enrico est super bien situé pour visiter Napoli. À la fois dans le Centro storico, mais tout près d’une station de métro. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Enrico notre hôte nous a accueilli en personne et nous a donné une foule de conseils. Il a répondu sur le champ chaque fois que nous avions une question. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

Öt pontot adtam, minden nagyon tetszett, ezért csak pár dolog.. Különleges volt a terasz. Gyalog minden könnyen elérhető. Taxi állomás nagyon közel található. Van egy étterem a ház mellett, ami egyébként nem néz ki túl jól, de nagyon jól főznek, kedvesek, jó az ára, lehet könnyen foglalni asztalt. Ajánlom a lakást!
