I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

A fantastic, super-equipped house, able to easily cater for all 12 of us! The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice and there is ample room with everything you would need for a great stay. The on-road parking was initially a small concern, but it needn’t have been as we never had a problem. The only thing I’d comment on is the stairs! It took a couple of us out with the fluffy carpet and tight corners! 😃 Perfect for family meet ups - would recommend!

Great property, perfect for 4 adults and a child or 5 adults. Parking at the property for 2 cars, one on the drive and one on the road. Walking distance to Warwick City and the castle which is an absolute must! Beds were very comfy, and such a quiet location. Hosts extremely responsive, easy to check in. A great very comfortable property. We loved it. Would highly recommend.

Sarah’s home was a beautiful paradise and perfect for a quiet break away! The home was described perfectly and came with everything you need to get lost inside your own bubble! The garden was perfect to enjoy in the sun, loads of space, to enjoy with a BBQ and make the most of the hot tub. The home was modern with a minimal look that really stood out and made the house a home. For those car enthusiasts, it’s perfect, parking your car within the back yard, leaving you nothing to worry about! Sarah was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout time which allowed us to enjoy her little home that bit more! Her response time was second to none and answered any questions you may have. Sad the time away went too quickly, but would visit Sarah’s home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a beautiful couple of days away, it was just what we needed!

Just got home from 2 nights at the stables celebrating my mums birthday. Absolutely brilliant, lots to do and felt very at home. Would definitely go back and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful. We created great memories - thank you!

This was genuinely one of our favourite Airbnb stays. Sim and Sarah were such thoughtful hosts – we felt really well looked after from the moment we arrived. They’d left out some beautiful fresh flowers from their garden, a batch of delicious homemade shortbread, and plenty of breakfast bits for the next morning, which meant we could just settle in and relax straight away. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and clearly put together with care. It made for a really lovely and restful experience. We’d absolutely love to stay again next time we’re in the area – thank you, Sim and Sarah!

We had a lovely stay with all the required amenities and a lovely welcome gift. The surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful. It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway with our two small kids and dogs.

Lisa’s garden flat is delightful and has a lovely private garden. The location is brilliant for the hills, shops, all amenities. We had a really lovely stay and Lisa was an excellent host. Breakfast items were fab, both veggie and meat options. Thank you very much.

A really lovely apartment, very clean with all the little extras. I loved the balcony and view. Excellent and easy parking. It is one of the best cottages I've stayed in with my two teenagers - there's a great chill out sofa but there was enough room to have our own space if needed. I've booked again for Aug it was that nice.

Our first visit to Stratford upon Avon was a great one in part due to our wonderful stay at Lisa's place. It was spotless and well maintained; it looked recently renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to bring our luggage in and out with a baby and our stroller. The location was the best part, being right across the street from Shakespeare's birthplace, and a very short walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Many thanks for a memorable stay, Lisa!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Stuart's apartments is close to the Hospital and Harborne high Street. The property was in great condition and I received very clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

My husband stayed here and had a great experience. The property was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth throughout. A comfortable and convenient place to stay—highly recommended!

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! Judith and Bill were lovely hosts. A wonderful place to stay in Great Malvern. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Great supply of tourist information, books and DVDs. Convenient for town centre and its facilities and the splendid hills. Also handy for the theatre / cinema complex which has interesting varied programming and also near to the train station. Parking by accommodation was easy.

Just come home after an excellent stay. Accommodation was perfect, clean, comfortable and everything we could have wanted including some lovely biscuits. We were given excellent directions and gained access easily. Cookley is a lovely village with excellent inexpensive food available at the eagle inn. We walked along the canal in both directions and discovered the lovely Kinver village with its rock houses and Wolverley mini golf all without using the car. Enjoyed every minute - thank you John and Ester for letting us stay

Pamela and Paul were both extremely great hosts. Their property was absolutely stunning and they were so friendly and helpful with everything. We loved our stay and cannot speak highly enough of them both. They definitely made our experience so much better. Would highly recommend staying here. The property was so nice and had everything we needed and we loved seeing the horses and chickens around the site.

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊
