Rowan Cottage - dog friendly with firepit

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Rowan Cottage is great. Lots of space, wood burning stove, warm duvets, 3 bathrooms. Location is great - yes, it's a shame that all the trees are gone but storms are storms. Caroline has provided lots of bird feeders and that encourages loads of different kinds of birds and also red squirrels - fantastic. Great space for families or groups. Quiet and feels well away from everywhere, even though you're near to a main road.

Luxury 3 bedroom 6 berth Caravan

LynneRating, 5 stars3 months ago
A fabulous caravan! It was comfortable, cosy and clean. We had a great stay, the 4 children enjoyed the games, the kitchen had all we needed and the location is peaceful but not too far from the play park, pool and restaurant. Avril was a great host, very friendly and check-in and out was easy. We would definitely recommend this caravan to friends and family, our stay was wonderful and not long enough! If we come back to Lossiemouth we’d stay here without a doubt. The beach is also stunning and we enjoyed watching the RAF planes too. Thank you Avril! X

Aurora 52 Holiday Home Silver Sands Lossiemouth

This was our second stay and we hope to return again. The caravan is in a great location, just minutes walk from the lovely beach and plenty of nearby beaches and walks. The caravan itself is clean, cosy and modern and has everything you need. Perfectly spacious for two adults and a child. We enjoyed food at Harbour Lights, Lossiemouth Marina and takeaway from Macraj which can be delivered to the entrance. Findhorn is nice to visit and is a stop at Brodie Countryfare.

We were welcomed with a basket of goodies that really made us feel special. Every bedroom was comfortable and gave our group separation in the evenings and a place to gather when we wanted. I would highly recommend it for a big group.

Idyllic Muchalls retreat

Little Mill was a wonderful, cosy place to spend time with family at Christmas. Moya & family were friendly accommodating hosts. Check in was flexible and straightforward, the essentials provided were plentiful and the welcome goodies extremely generous. As pet owners it was a great space. Downstairs was ideal for our two dogs, the stair gate making for easy containment. Beautiful walks were right outside the doorstep, the coastline and beach particular highlights. We also loved the Mill's proximity to Aberdeen and all the amenities a city has to offer. We'd love to return someday.

Beautiful Haddie Cottage by the seaside

ShanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Haddie Cottage is hands-down the best place to stay in Cruden Bay. Beach access within feet of the cottage. It was very cold when we were there, but the gas stove kept us warm and cozy. Beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Lots of storage for clothes. I love to cook, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The Kilmarnock Arms is a great place to eat if you don't like to cook. Rachel is a fabulous host, and she made some great recommendations for Hogmanay activities. She also let us know when there were Aurora Borealis sightings close by. I highly recommend booking Haddie Cottage if you're going to Cruden Bay.
