Το σπίτι είναι basic αλλά εξαιρετικά καθαρό, βολικά και με έναν υπέροχο μεγάλο κήπο, μέσα σε λιόφυτα με αιωνόβιες ελιές, πορτοκαλιές και λεμονιές. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, με αρκετά εστιατόρια και καφέ εύκολα προσβάσιμα. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ ωραία.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

Superbe maison, très agréable, très beau jardin et très bien placé! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Notre fille a particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir aller cueillir tous les matins les oranges du petit déjeuner!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Stefanos und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Lage und besonders die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns auch direkt wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder! Stefanos ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Bel endroit avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et les couchers de soleil. Logement simple, idéal pour des vacances réposantes.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

It's been the third year that I visited Western Peloponnese and found this wonderful accommodation after having been to some other airbnb accommodations in the region. I can tell that this one is truly unique! The small house stands in a garden / grape field, really just a couple of minutes walk from a great beach. It is calm, it is quiet, it is perfect for a remote and relaxing summertime spent close to nature and the sea. The bigger house has large windows (actually, half of the walls are windows), thus giving lots of lights and beautiful view on the garden. It is clean and has everything one might need. There are various taverns in the village (and some bars on the beach), but most importantly: Stamoulis and Anna have their own tavern (ca. 10 minutes walk from the house), providing amazing and authentic food. They are one of the nicest hosts I have ever met! Definitely going to come back here, and I can recommend it to anyone.

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! Tolle Lage - super um von dort Ausflüge zu machen. Die Unterkunft war für uns vier sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch serviert und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool und die Terrasse laden ein zum Verweilen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die noch mit Schnee bedeckten Berge. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzaufenthalt, haben es aber sehr genossen.

Ein sehr schöner kleiner Bungalow mit liebevollen Details Mitten im Olivernhain mit einem zauberhaften Garten mit Hollywoodschaukel Und ausreichend Möbel , um auch draussen zu sitzen und zu essen Verträumt und ruhig in einer schönen Landschaft Der ruhige naturbelassene Strand ist fussläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar Im April hatte ich meistens den Strand ganz alleine Sehr erholsam. Auch meine Familie hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt und wir konnten jederzeit mit unserem Gastgeber kommunizieren. Der Willkommensgruß ,Olivenöl und Oliven aus eigenem Anbau, hat uns sehr erfreut Vielen Dank

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in dem kleinen Haus mit dem wunderbaren Garten, nur 1 Minute entfernt vom Strand. Dort hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten und können die Unterkunft aus ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen. Ausflüge zu historischen Orten, herrlichster Natur, traumhaften Stränden, schönen Berg-Dörfchen mit netten Cafés und Restaurants haben unsere Zeit hier perfekt gemacht. A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön und das Geld wert. Der Blick über die Olivenbäume auf das Meer war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt und erträumt hatten. Am Pool gab es nicht nur vier sehr bequeme Liegen sondern auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Unter den Olivenbäumen gab es einen weiteren Tisch mit vier Stühlen im Schatten. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass die Matratze im kleineren Bett sehr weich war. Im großen Bett sind die Matratzen dagegen sehr hart gewesen. Hier würde ich vorschlagen in neue und qualitativ hochwertigere Matratzen zu investieren. Die Hausreinigung könnte etwas gründlicher sein und dabei sollten nach jeder Abreise auch die Abflüsse im Bad gereinigt werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können dieses Haus mit guten Gewissen empfehlen und würden dieses auch selber wieder buchen. 5 Sterne ***** :-)

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Leonidas. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und ist auf einer eher abenteuerlichen Straße zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles, was es braucht. Besonders schön ist der große Außenbereich mit Koch-und Grillgelegenheit sowie Pool. Man hat viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, von denen man immer das Meer sieht. Leo hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
