We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Luis was very friendly, flexible and available at any time. The pool is heated and nice and warm, especially in bad weather the pool cover is very helpful. You can easily walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant weekend near the lake and the ocean. We were also able to enjoy the residence's swimming pool (water at 22 degrees). Eric was responsive and very accommodating for schedules.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center. Clean apartment, sheets that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Welcomed with two cookies for my dogs, a nice little touch. 😊 Accommodation that welcomes dogs, and that's really the best! Note that the terrace is not enclosed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

Excellent stay in Hossegor, close to the ocean. You can do everything on foot, the tour of the lake, the city center, the restaurants, the halls. The apartment is great, as charming as in the photos. Thank you Sophie for the hospitality and flexibility both at check-in and check-out. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay with the family in Moliets. The apartment is well located in the Pierre et Vacances residence, close to the main pool and reception where we were able to do a few games of foosball and billiards. It is well equipped and the supply of bed and bath linen was appreciated. The terrace of the accommodation offers a pleasant view and almost no vis-à-vis. It's peaceful and quiet. The kids also took advantage of the City to play basketball. Access to the cork oak beach is quickly by car. Annick provided us with all the information of access to the accommodation 1 week before our arrival and was attentive to our requests. We would recommend this listing for your vacation.

Apartment very well-equipped, very good location, quiet, everything is within walking distance (shops, beach, hiking trails...), parking in front of the door. A real welcome by Maryse, warm who gives all the necessary information to be able to enjoy this beautiful region. I highly recommend it.

Very convenient house, well-equipped and in a super quiet setting

Excellent relaxing place, beautiful environment. Beaches are in foot or by bike. The reception staff are very available and eager to resolve any issues. As far as we are concerned, some cooking tools were missing, but everything was resolved quickly. Nearby villages like Léon, Moliets-et-Maâ and Messanges have plenty of supplies with quality local products. We also had a local produce box upon arrival. Small downside, for a rental of this level, it would have been convenient to have cleaning products for daily maintenance ( not just two small bags of products, a sponge and a dish towel) . If you want to cook, plan according to your needs, you will have the tools but otherwise, the cabinets are empty, no condiments, seasoning, etc.

very spacious accommodation with really any very nice pool

The house is top notch. The screens in every bedroom, bathroom, and living room windows are really nice to ventilate without being eaten. The pool was clean and well kept. The house was very clean. Complete furniture and crockery. There's nothing missing. The garage is convenient to store some equipment and the 2 fridges are very nice. The only thing a little disturbing is that the stovetop is only 3. And to cook for 8 it was a little fair but we largely satisfied. The gas barbeque is very convenient too. The 3 large umbrellas are just perfect!! We had a lovely stay and Frederique is lovely.

This house and especially the location was great--Mimizan Plage is really off the track for UK tourists--virtually all the restaurants (and there are lots) have similar menus which were seafood & veal dishes so If you like these it`s the perfect place to go.
