We had a great time reuniting with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is great. The same goes for the outdoor areas, with terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to check if everything is going well. We fell in love with the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix of old charm and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Arrived in a 9-person minibus, all retired and not necessarily good walkers, the place immediately filled us with both the services and the welcome of Kattalin's parents, unfailing simplicity, a kindness rare these days, a breathtaking landscape and view. On the last day, we allowed ourselves to grill with local products, on a sunny terrace, what more could you ask for. I think I'll keep this address in a corner of my mind because in half an hour, you're in Spain, caves and chasms nearby, welcoming restaurants and the sea 3/4 hours away. Thanks to Kattalin and her parents and their grandson who I know will be a farmer like we'd like to see. Thank you

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Raphael was very welcoming and friendly - he greeted us on arrival and lent us sheets that we had not brought. The space was comfortable and quiet. He advised us on places to go for dinner. We were very happy with our stopover in Messanges!

Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The place is like the pictures with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just come with your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, golf, swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it;) Lots of restaurants for foodies next to the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inland lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and layout of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden deck path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from June 1, on the nearby beach (and most beaches there) dogs are partly not allowed. To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we highly recommend this gem!

I did not meet Eric and I regret it but I am particularly satisfied with the exchanges we had. Eric is very responsive, eager to resolve any problems as soon as possible. He responds very quickly to requests. He regularly makes sure that everything is going well for his guests.
