House with beautiful sea views and direct beach access. The house consists of a living room, kitchen, small bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants to use. Cleaning at guests' expense (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Charming country house 300 m from the beach

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, meeting calm waters under a clear blue sky. The gentle curve of the coastline is lined with trees and houses in the background, creating a serene atmosphere. The beach is free of crowds, inviting a peaceful visit.

Small ultra-cozy village house, where each object has its own story. Bright, functional, simplicity AND the essentials in full! With a "sea" theme decor, the pluses of this super small house: its double sunny terrace with outdoor spa, small hanging garden... Its location is "perfect": quiet and close to the beach, marshes, village and shops! Walkers, cyclists, fishermen, strollers... here we lack nothing. A little piece of paradise!

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

This family home is just fabulous! The location is ideal, we had a wonderful stay with cousins and with children. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is very well equipped and it is very nice to be able to travel light without sheets or towels, and to find the beds made on arrival for a price that remains very reasonable. Pierre is very welcoming and flexible. We'll be back without fail! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Our stay in Quimiac went very well. It's a warm family house that has a soul. We felt very good there (a little "like at home!"). The decor is neat, mixing natural and refined spirit. The house is very well equipped. Children will enjoy books and games. The garden and terrace, quiet, are very pleasant: we observed finches, robins, squirrels... not to mention the deer and rabbit!!! The beautiful beach of Lanséria is very easy to access via the undergrowth. THANK YOU!!!

Very nice little duplex apartment, tastefully decorated. High-quality bedding. The rental overlooks a large wooded garden. The neighborhood is charming and very quiet, well located for walks. The owners who live on site are really very welcoming and friendly. We'll be happy to go back.
