Monthly Rentals in Mesa del Mar

Very professional space, clean and comfortable! Place itself is a bit isolated and lonely, the nearby beach isn’t that inviting as waves are strong. It was perfect for staying at night or as a base but not much to do nearby. Road is very windy on the way down. Host was kind and very helpful and accomodating!

The apartment is in a somewhat outdated apartment building, it impresses especially with two things: very good amenities (top kitchen, cozy living room, private parking,...) and absolutely breathtaking views. You think you're almost on a ship, you're so close to the water. But you should know: car is highly recommended, as it is very remote. Those who are prepared will be very satisfied.

This was our second stay at Pedro’s apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just like the first time. The apartment is just as advertised and even better. It is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves below and to swim in the nearby natural pool (fed by the ocean). The locals in Mesa del Mar are friendly and welcoming as are the other residents in the building. Pedro is an outstanding host. He is on top of everything and made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment is impeccably clean and well equipped. We were able to cook our meals and then enjoy them on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The views of Teide in the distance are amazing. We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to return.
