Beautiful clean comforting well stocked nice yard had pool in back but wasn’t able to use sits on the lake will stay again

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! This is the second time my family has rented from Melissa. She always answers any questions promptly. The house is in a great location, within walking distance from historic downtown Newnan and parks for the kiddos. Although it sits on a busy corner, I found my sound machine worked perfectly in reducing the street noise. I would not let this dissuade me from renting this lovely home. The massive front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice card game in the evening. Melissa is a great and accommodating host always available if need be. We will be renting from her again in the near future.

If I could give ten stars, I would! This home is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful house! Plenty of room for our group of 9 to stay comfortably, in a nice neighborhood and only 24 minutes from the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Ashley was so nice and responded quickly! We will definitely be staying there again next year!

This was our second visit. First visit was three years ago and we were happy with it then so we booked it again. Now, 3 years later we still couldn’t be more pleased. In between our visits Kathy has managed the property well. Everything still looks brand new and it is spotlessly clean. It is so well appointed that we wanted for nothing. We will be back!!

This was my family's second time having Ann as our host and it was a pleasurable, and stress free stay once again. We are really looking forward to next time. We all wanted to say thank you Ann for all you did for us we really appreciate it.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be in a serene environment and this fit perfectly. The house is super cute, modern and homey. The master bathroom is gorgeous! And the beds were so comfortable! I also loved the game room and the 2 story dock at the lake. Maya was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend to others and I’ll probably be staying again.

Perfect for our long overdue sister retreat! Unfortunately, we only had one night, but the place is completely charming and very tastefully decorated! All three of us loved the artwork and decor which had obviously been carefully selected to complement the unique character of this lovely historic (circa 1901) home. It is a little close to downtown Newnan and we stayed on a Saturday night so there were some occasional traffic noises including one short siren from an ambulance or other emergency vehicle… a small price to pay for the otherwise ideal location close to the shops and restaurants surrounding the courthouse Square…they were lots of fun to explore/experience. Be prepared to climb stairs, but once you’re up there, you don’t want to leave again! Kitchen was well stocked…good collection of Keurig coffees, and even regular and flavored waters left for us in the fridge. The comfy circular parlor was the perfect gathering place for enjoying old memories and making new ones. 😁

This was a wonderful location, as advertised, in a spectacular neighborhood! 10 of 10 - will definitely be back!!!

It was an amazing stay with David! The location was beautiful, peaceful, & welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. It was a perfect distance to Newnan & Peachtree City, far enough yet close enough. It truly was a perfect spot. David was flexible with our check out time, which we greatly appreciated! We met David and his wife while they were out feeding the ducks at the pond, they are the sweetest folks!! We are already looking to book again for our next visit to Georgia.

This is by far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It’s very cozy, yet modern, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. Has everything you need if you wish to stay home and cook. Everything is so nice, well taken care of, and so very clean. It feels as if you are the first person to have ever stayed there. It’s quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. They are always quick and willing to respond. I give it a 10 out of 10. I recommend anyone traveling to the area should stay at this beautiful place.

Great place and friendly host. Very responsive to our needs and a great place to experience Newman. Highly recommend and a pure joy of a place for a weekend.
