Wonderful place to get away! Looking for a place to stay for a few days off, I came across the Villa Romenthal and was lucky that the loft was still available. The loft is very clean, tastefully decorated, shows great art and offers a wonderful room atmosphere overlooking the Ammersee. The quiet location helps you relax and invites you to take walks, into the countryside or into the city center with its diverse shops and restaurants. The accommodation is only surpassed by Katja & Pieter and their winning manner. The booking was straightforward, the check-in/check-out incredibly flexible, the greeting with flowers, cake & even more cordial, the communication helpful and full of stimulating conversations and an entertaining delivery service to the train station. It's just a shame that you have to pack your bags again at some point...

The kitchen is superbly equipped. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed linens and towels are impeccable. Without a doubt, we will stay at Ingrid's apartment again on our next trip. 100% recommended.

I was in Munich with 4 of my friends for a weekend. We were very happy with Alexis' place for the following reasons: - Very extensive amenities with everything you need to live (even for longer stays). This includes kitchen, bathroom and living room and bedroom. - Free parking nearby (on the property). - Impeccable furnishings with four comfortable beds, a pull-out table, enough chairs for all guests, wardrobe, ... - Sufficient wifi (included) for meetings, YouTube, Netflix. - Pleasant scent in all rooms as well as fragrant linens and towels. - All rooms (except the bathroom) have natural light, windows and electric shutters. - Alexis is very friendly, accommodating, reliable and usually easily accessible (so we always got answers to our questions quickly). - We even received a late check-out (one hour extra) by arrangement.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Great stay with great weather which helped make our vacation extra of course! Impeccable and very beautiful accommodation, as described Cornelia is a great host. We did not see it physically but had a lot of fruitful and friendly exchanges via the app Ideal location close to a few lakes including the Starnberg See which is a 15mn walk (swimming boat rides...) or the Ammersee which is 10mn by car In 45 minutes we are in Munich, in 1h10 at the castle of Neuschwanstein and therefore 10 minutes more and we are in the Tirol... We would recommend a stay here to everyone Tchuss
