We had a great time at Maison Verdollin. The house is very spacious, ideal for a stay with family or friends, with enough space for everyone. Everything was clean and well prepared upon arrival. It's a place with an amazing soul, the house has a crazy charm and you can feel its history. The garden is lovely! The surrounding area is full of beautiful walks, between rivers, forests and mountains. The proximity to Mercantour Park is a real plus for nature lovers. Castillon Lake is 15 minutes away and offers swimming and water activities. We recommend without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

A little lost corner where we meet lots of friendly animals. Ideal for families, children will discover lots of small and large animals that are all as endearing as each other! We will be back!

We spent an idyllic week in this privileged setting, quiet between the freshness of the trees and the song of the cicadas. We recommend this charming and rustic house, especially in the warm season: the house stays cool all day, and the spring water pool allows you to relax while enjoying unparalleled views of the mountains. Communication with hosts is simple and effective, and the history of the house is fascinating!

Our stay went very well. lots of shops a few minutes drive away, there is a large lake not far away where you can rent pedalos, padle, canoe. We refreshed and had fun in the pool which has no opposite, the outside is vast and resting in the middle of the tree. The 2 small negative points that are really not because of Eric and Carole is that there is a small plane flying over the house several times a day and it is noisy and the second is that there are mosquitoes, Carole and Eric have provided us with products to keep them away and I advise you to take a repellent spray. Other than that, there's no problem. If I had to summarize our stay in one sentence it would be: we found what we were looking for. Thanks to Carole and Eric

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. We had a fantastic break at Michel's, the garden, the pool with this fantastic view, you hardly wanted to explore the area, it was so beautiful there! Mick and Claire and their b’n’b were great! They were there to welcome us in and made us feel at home. The amenities were great with food and drink ready for our first morning! We had a great chat with them both and they were incredibly warm and fun. We are heading back and will be booking again if there’s space. The area is also great with loads of restaurants and beautiful villages. Highly recommended

Great location , peaceful, relaxing yet close enough to Nice, Cannes, Grasse and many small villages not to mention the lake . Access to a pool was a bonus. Very comfortable, lovely semi rural surroundings . The apartment has everything.

The place is quite small but has all you need. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, table for four people inside and out on the patio. air conditioning upstairs working well but there's only one unit on the landing so bedrooms need to be open in order to be cooled. Also you need to bring your own bed linen and towels- it says in the listing 'no essentials' but we've missed it. There's a lovely small pool, gym, barbecue,washing machine and washing line in the common space. There's really everything you May need. Very well maintained and clean. Very nice beach 5 mins walk away, the nearest supermarket about 10 mins away, there's a few restaurants at walking distance but they are quite pricey. St Maxime is about 5 km away. It's a beautiful place to go in the evening with many restaurants, shops and stalls selling craft items. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend.

A magical moment in this little corner of heaven very close to Fayence. The Jacuzzi is awesome! The bedroom with bathroom is cozi. The host is great and accommodating, which is really a plus. We were received by the son who is very nice and available for any questions. A perfect stay.
