Villa vacation rentals in Menteşe

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Belgin for being especially friendly for her interest and relevance. As for the villa we stayed in, it is perfect for those seeking calm and peace. It wouldn't be a lie if I said I never left the house. The silence and calmness were enough for me. It was very nice and peaceful to spend time at home as a family.

In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

A wonderful place for a quiet time with family or friends. The Swimming pool and the sit out area are truly wonderful to have great conversations and coffee especially in the early mornings. There is a bathroom on each floor which is very convenient. Mr Fikri and family are very kind and A couple of helpful suggestions : You need a car to reach this place as it is uphill. The Hosts provide toiletries for only one day and no coffee/tea are provided. Please stock up before going to the Villa with water/coffee/tea and other groceries. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

This wonderful home we stayed in last week was far beyond our expectations! The house was extremely clean and dazzling with its modern decoration. The beds were super comfy and our sleep quality was perfect. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. We would recommend this house with peace of mind, we are planning to come back. Thank you so much for everything!

The house is the same as the visuals, I want to mention the details you can't see in the photos. We stayed for 6 people, we had a comfortable, safe, peaceful and wonderful 2 days. The beds had new sheets, quilts, everywhere, clean, everything was thought out. Knitting boards, trays, glasses, tea glasses, coasters filter coffee cups, machine, Turkish coffee cups, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, everything you think you should think of in a house is available. Our host Ms. Miray is very kind,very caring, a very attentive lady. Mr. Muammer also made very quick and caring answers to our questions. The garden layout was very good, the pool was clean. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, in summary, everything was complete. I think Ms. Miray will greet us as if she welcomes us to her guests and be a gentle move. As long as they did this job, they were the hosts that we would always prefer and recommend with peace of mind.

We provided accommodation for 2 people at Ms. Banu's house. Really everything was perfect, there was an accommodation experience above our expectations. From the moment we booked, everything went smoothly. Ms. Banu was very kind and very quick to get back to us. When we entered the house, he had more than prepared everything we needed for us. The house is very ideal for a peaceful stay. Clean, tidy, new, spacious. There are very nice places to eat and have fun very close to the location. We had a very nice time. Everything was complete, we were so satisfied that we would like to stay in the same place every time we go. We also recommend it to everyone. Thank you again for everything

Everything was available in the furnishings and also of good quality. The pool was serviced every morning. The owner is very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Although there are no shops and restaurants within walking distance, we had a fantastic view and a quiet environment. We felt comfortable in the accommodation.

We absolutely loved staying at Irmak’s home. The house is really comfortable and well equipped. It’s perfect for a group of friends and everyone had their own bathroom. The infinity swimming pool was perfect, although a little fresh when you first jump in in the morning! We were lucky to stay when the citrus fruits were starting to ripen and Irmak allowed us to pick the fruit so we had plenty of fresh oranges. The local communal cats were adorable too, not annoying like they can be in some places. We developed a nice friendship with them! When the sun goes down behind the oak tree at about 4pm we headed to a nearby beach to catch the rest of the day’s sun. The villa is very private, up in the mountains. Irmak is a great host and was super helpful when my friend was bitten by a scorpion. A car is essential and it means you can drive to the amazing restaurants in and around Akyaka. Akyaka is the embodiment of slow travel. The best place ever!

Location house everything was just great !

First of all, thank you Ms. Dilek, we had a very nice holiday, the cleaning of the house was very good, the pool was exactly as we wanted, thank you for everything, I recommend it for those who want a calm one

Me and four friends stayed in this amazing house with stunning views. Everything was fine but the road to get to the house was a bit challenging. Our car was not as high as an SUV so I was stressed to drive but luckily the car was fine.

It was a peaceful and restful stay at Villa Yilmaz for 15 days. Property is brilliant , very private, well-maintained. Beautiful morning hours with view to mountains, sea and Gokova plane. It is very close and acccesible to Turkey's one of great kitesurfing facilities. Property is very accesible to restaurants and center but it is in a very quiet location, which is a great advantage. Private pool is a delight to cool down during sunset.

We were so pleased that we would like to thank Fatih Abi and Sister Şadiye again from here. We had a lovely family time. The villa sweat is clean and the surroundings were nice. Her care was amazing. We especially recommend to families with children in particular. They took care of us like their own family. We are also grateful for that. They came early every morning without disturbing anyone, they cleaned the garden and the pool. Its nature, the air, the ap had its own beauty. They even brought our fresh eggs with their own hands. A family of four. I would like to thank Şadiye from here again to her sister and her family. We picked fresh tomatoes and peppers from the garden. It was delicious. I hope to come back in a minute. It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very satisfied with all the sea restaurant cafe recommendations related to the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and spotless. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Ms. Yasemin and her husband are incredibly friendly. We had nice conversations. We felt like a guest, not a business deal. The house was very beautiful and clean. They clean the pool everyday. They help right away when we have the smallest request. We were very happy to know them. If we stay in Akyaka again, we will definitely want to stay in this house again. As a family traveling the world, we had one of our most peaceful vacations in this house. They also arranged toys and a bed for our little baby. She loved the house, the pool, and themselves. One of the biggest problems in Akyaka is the mosquito. There are wire door and window fly screen guards all over the house. You should take mosquito medicine for the outside of the house, bazaar and streets. You should rent a car for nearby places. There's also private parking for you. I don't know you, but I can recommend this house to you.

We stayed in Akyaka for 7 days during the holiday holiday. From the attitude and interest of Aras Bey to the location of the house and the beauty of the house, everything was perfect. The house was also lovely and spotlessly clean as it looked in the photos. We loved the amenities of the house. There is everything you might think in the house. We went into the pool almost every night and had an enjoyable holiday. If you are coming to Akyaka, absolutely stay here for sure. The location is also great and almost everywhere is within walking distance. Mr. Aras is a very interested host, he always asked for our status, he was interested and helpful. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to stay here.
