Great place with fantastic views of Gökova bay. We were 5 people and spent 3 nights. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The owners are responsive and the place is very well managed and maintained. The location of the place is walking distance to the Akyaka village centre. Overall we are very happy with our stay and definitely recommended.

We stayed at Suleyman Bey's house as two large families. We were happy to leave with calm cleanliness and requirements. Mr. Süleyman provided guidance on our needs. Since it was located in a common spot in the regions we planned, we were able to easily go and visit everywhere. I recommend it to those who are in favor of calmness and naturalness.

Ms. Fatma and her son Abdullah were very friendly. They took good care of us. A home had everything you might need. 10 minutes by car to the center of Akyaka, resorts such as Koycegiz Marmaris can be reached in a common distance. A place where you can feel in a peaceful and clean home where you can stay with your family. Don't worry, we want to choose it again next year.

The place was very nice. We stayed with 3 people and it was enough for us. The house was very clean. We couldn't meet the host, but when we asked questions, he tried to respond as quickly as he could. The garden of the house was lovely. However, on the last day, a very noisy group of friends came next door, we couldn't sleep, we said we got out on time because our baby woke up. But there's nothing the host can do either. We would like to stay again, it was very close to the sea, the sea was sandy and without heat waves. There was no beach, but there were many trees, I think it was nicer to have shade. Thank you ☺️

All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, very artistic. The hotel also has a great ambience, nice pool, nicely decorated seating areas.

Mr. Ramazan and his family are very sweet, warm and humble people. We felt like home. If you have a car, it's right in the middle of the sights. The house was very clean and tidy. The house had everything you could need. We thank them very much.

It was a magnificent accommodation experience that instantly made me forget all the negativity I experienced during my previous stay in Muğla. There are not many options in the center of Muğla and what happens is incredibly bad. But Ms. Nejla's house is incredibly clean, tidy and made our stay for 6 people impeccable. Ms. Nejla is a very caring, very polite, friendly, incredibly hospitable host. I'm so happy to know her. The beauty of her home, the cleanliness also made our stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to stay here at all. Accommodate more than you should in a home in nature, it's a pleasant place with a capacity to accommodate even your large group. Kikonia Art&Suites was a plus in every way you might think. Architecture, ambiance, nature, activities, business owners... We are so glad we were able to find a place like this, stay, and be able to experience it. I would like to thank Ms. Nehir, one of the business owners. Their local advice, referrals were excellent. We were very happy with everything, we were both very happy to see this place and very sad when we left. We'll be there again 🌸
