Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mendoza Province

Our experience was excellent. The view is beautiful and the place has everything to cook, ideal for enjoying homemade meals on vacation. Comfort is total: good rest, impeccable bathroom, TV and perfect working wifi. In addition, it has a hanging chair that I loved, I want it for my house haha The surroundings are ideal for disconnecting, but with everything close by. Local stores, butchers, pharmacy and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Martin, the host, was impeccable. From the first day he was attentive, wondering how we spent the first night and always willing to help. In the end, she asked if we had suggestions for improvement, reflecting her commitment to providing the best experience. We have no criticism, we loved everything. Definitely a place to recommend and repeat.

The truth is that everything was great. The location of the house is amazing, it's a very quiet area. Mauricio and Martha, super friendly and attentive to everything. The house is spacious and super cozy. We were 3 families, 10 people, and we didn't even notice.

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

Amazing place. Very bright and airy. We loved the deck and floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen. The neighbourhood is great for walking around and visiting downtown Mendoza and the beautiful plazas. The apartment felt very comfortable and like home. I would definitely recommend it.

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

We had a lovely week staying with Marcela and Werner in their separate upstairs apartment. It was very well located, easy to get to the centre and to Aristides restaurants and shops. Marcela makes every effort to be helpful and it is very handy to have Werner’s English skills as well as practical assistance. The apartment is above their house and very private, safe and secure. The apartment has very comfortable beds and a practical kitchen including washing machine and clothes racks for drying in the sun. The bathroom works well with a level entry shower, safer than one over a bath. The decor is homely rather than chic but works well for a very comfortable stay. Marcela goes out of her way to be of assistance and is helped by Justina who is lovely and speaks good English. The street is quiet and it was easy to get Uber drivers around town and Marcela helped us find a great driver to take us to the Uco valley sightseeing. Mendoza is a beautiful leafy and elegant city. We loved it!

The accommodation has everything you need with a beautiful garden (with a pool and grill) that allows you to enjoy nature. You can walk to the center or take an Uber easily.

What an amazing apartment and location! We were so pleased to be DIRECTLY across the street from the gorgeous Parque General San Martin. The apartment is tastefully decorated and makes such beautiful use of the space surrounding a huge tree on the property. The availability of parking was excellent (although I was a bit confused by the availability of it when first arriving so I suggest you clarify it in advance). We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent experience and highly recommended. The amenities were first-class, everything was very well maintained and the facilities were modern and super comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful from the start, attentive throughout our stay. They made the whole process easier for us and allowed us to check in earlier, which helped us a lot to make better use of our time. The photos match the facilities, the location is good and in a quiet area. We would definitely come back, a successful stay.

Beautiful, new apartment. Convenient location to wineries, restaurants, groceries, etc. As the listing notes, the gated parking is only for a small car but parking is always available on the private street as well. Neighborhood location, so quiet at night. Beautiful balcony to enjoy in nice weather. Irene was a great host! Proactive communication. Very detailed check in instructions, including pictures and videos. Would stay again!

We had a great time in the apartment of Mati! It is well equipped and has a nice little garden. It is a little outside the city centre, but shops are close and the park is also near. All in all we recommend staying here!

We spent the weekend and everything was great! Good location to walk to the center, the house super comfortable and well equipped. Caro was super attentive and available when we needed her. We were a group of 4 friends and highly recommend this Airbnb :)

Spacious place with a great location. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and organized. For cold days there is hot air conditioning that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend it!
