Monthly Rentals in Mendez

The place was big and comfy. Easy to locate and accessible. The amenities are complete and okay. Swimming pool was great we all enjoyed the place not to mention the game room and gym was a plus! Overall we loved the place and our family had a wonderful time together! Will again rent the place for future occassions.

It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

We really enjoyed our stay, we truly appreciate how transparent/straightforward the host was whenever we would talk to each other, the place truly made our "mental health reset" trip memorable and worth it. I would highly recommend the place, it was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing.
