Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Melissi

We stayed in a warm and traditional village like house in a peaceful but also amazing location. Lefteris is a kind and very informative person that guided us for all the worthy attractions and food locations in the area. The house has all the stuff needed for a stay in the area. One big plus of the house is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy one of most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen or enjoy your coffee/drink/food. The other plus is the fireplace that completes the house's experience! I fully recommend Lefteris' house if you would like to visit Trikala and I would be happy to stay there in a future visit of the village.

Really friendly welcome from Niki! Correct accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and well-equipped with a nice garden and a pleasant outdoor area for eating meals. Parking space in front of the house. Conveniently located for visiting the surroundings: not far from Epidaurus, 30 min from Methana and Poros, 50 min from Nafplio, 1 hour drive to take the ferry to Hydra. We had a great time and would love to come back.

It's the best place we've stayed in Greece. Dimitris is a sweetheart. He answered us quickly, he was super attentive. He waited for us until 6 am due to our flight delay. His recommendations for places to eat in the area were perfect. The house is beautiful. We felt right at home. The views are incredible. They convey a lot of peace. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything. It's a good starting point to see the area. It's in a small village but very close to the sea and the beaches. Thank you Dimitris!!!

Quick but excellent stay in this rental, where it has beautiful views and the archaeological site is accessible on foot by a nice trail. Sophia was very hospitable!

Lovely host and beautiful place. Child friendly and secure. Very clean and the host was very helpful with instructions in getting there. Had a big bag of pomegranates as a gift which was great. We went at the end of October and it was cold at night but there were extra blankets and air con with heat function and it was ok for a weekend but not for long in the cooler months. Spotless clean. Highly recommend. Short and easy drive to Nafplio but out of the way for a quieter time from the bustle of the city.

The apartment is really very nice, a lot of things available that are not in other airbnbs. Very nice people who welcome with pleasure, excellent oranges!

We fell in love with the town a while ago, and we fell in love with the house this time. Great communication with wonderful host, Eleni. The house is a marvel, the garden a hidden wonder. We think we will come back here again :-)

Very good stay, we love the outdoor space and the vegetable garden. We felt calm and relaxed. The kids loved as much as a pool with the trampoline, ping-pong, basketball, and electric car, which the hosts offered us for our young child. The house is well equipped and has all the essentials. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Elena left us gifts : organic wine, spoon sweet, laurel homemade, handmade soap. Thank you so much! We'll revisit the home in the summer to enjoy the pool more😉. We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

We had such a fantastic stay here! Perfect location to explore all of Nafplio. The house was beautiful, a bathroom for every bedroom. We had the best stay.

It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. Great 2-bed apartment with a good view and easy walking distance from just about everything. It was at the top of the hill and the majority of the parking is at the bottom of the hill so expect to get your stair workout in. The garden patio was a great place to hangout with a moderately good view of the City (for a better view you need to walk across the "street". The host was very gracious and provided both a bottle of wine and some tasty homemade cake! Be warned the host doesn't speak a ton of English, but she's very kind and warm and responsive through the AirBnB messenger app. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Words are unnecessary in this home and above all for Hosts!They've noticed down to the last detail and haven't left to his fate,a lot of passion and always with a smile! This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

We loved our stay. The house was great for us, and the children loved the pool. We were really grateful to Adrian and his family for being so welcoming and helpful, sharing recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, taxis etc. Thanks so much!

Dimitris was a fabulous host. Such a kind man who met us and showed us the property. The house itself was lovely, large and with all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed preparing and eating meals on the outside terrace. We walked around in the neighbourhood and visited the beach and Mycenae, both of which are very close. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a great stay here.

We spent a beautiful weekend in Kalavryta. The house is very large spacious with 4 large bedrooms. Huge living room with fireplace for hanging all together. generally we didn't miss anything. Very pleased. The host is totally understandable. We had a baby and it served us perfectly in everything we needed. Inside the village the house perfect location. I will definitely prefer it again!

We were very kindly received and delicious refreshments were prepared. Good explanation of practical matters in the house and many tips on what to do in the area. The house was very nice and was very spacious and looked neat. The pool table was very nice for everyone and also the ping pong table. The only thing to think about is that a bakery or supermarket is not close and about 20 minutes drive. But Andreas had told us well where to do groceries. It was a great stay with a very pleasant house in a nice location. Wake up with a sea view from the terrace !

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
