Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Melissi

We stayed in a warm and traditional village like house in a peaceful but also amazing location. Lefteris is a kind and very informative person that guided us for all the worthy attractions and food locations in the area. The house has all the stuff needed for a stay in the area. One big plus of the house is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy one of most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen or enjoy your coffee/drink/food. The other plus is the fireplace that completes the house's experience! I fully recommend Lefteris' house if you would like to visit Trikala and I would be happy to stay there in a future visit of the village.

Really friendly welcome from Niki! Correct accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and well-equipped with a nice garden and a pleasant outdoor area for eating meals. Parking space in front of the house. Conveniently located for visiting the surroundings: not far from Epidaurus, 30 min from Methana and Poros, 50 min from Nafplio, 1 hour drive to take the ferry to Hydra. We had a great time and would love to come back.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

It's the best place we've stayed in Greece. Dimitris is a sweetheart. He answered us quickly, he was super attentive. He waited for us until 6 am due to our flight delay. His recommendations for places to eat in the area were perfect. The house is beautiful. We felt right at home. The views are incredible. They convey a lot of peace. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything. It's a good starting point to see the area. It's in a small village but very close to the sea and the beaches. Thank you Dimitris!!!

Lovely host and beautiful place. Child friendly and secure. Very clean and the host was very helpful with instructions in getting there. Had a big bag of pomegranates as a gift which was great. We went at the end of October and it was cold at night but there were extra blankets and air con with heat function and it was ok for a weekend but not for long in the cooler months. Spotless clean. Highly recommend. Short and easy drive to Nafplio but out of the way for a quieter time from the bustle of the city.

The apartment is really very nice, a lot of things available that are not in other airbnbs. Very nice people who welcome with pleasure, excellent oranges!

We fell in love with the town a while ago, and we fell in love with the house this time. Great communication with wonderful host, Eleni. The house is a marvel, the garden a hidden wonder. We think we will come back here again :-)

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

We had a fantastic time at Kristophers house. It was clean, well equipped, relaxing and had a great location 100m from the beach. Great terrace with seaview. Perfect for our family with small kids. Kristopher is a great host, he even picked us up from the port and showed us around the island. We really felt warmly welcome. Thank you and we can recommend this place 100%.

Loved our stay here, the flat is super clean, peaceful and comfortable. Yannis and his mother were really helpful, we had to cut our stay short unfortunately as there was a ferry strike and Yannis was very communicative and refunded us the last days of our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Agistri!

It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. It will definitely be a priority in our night options in the area. Thank you

***divine*** a piece of heaven on earth. The apartment was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Close to amenities- the location and view of the Gulf of Itea highlights of the stay. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Words are unnecessary in this home and above all for Hosts!They've noticed down to the last detail and haven't left to his fate,a lot of passion and always with a smile! Great place and very clean, impeccable hosts willing to help and answer questions about the space and surrounding area! The apartment is just like the photos, walking distance from anything you might need.

My review may be a bit different from others . As Greek Americans visiting this location was beyond our expectations! First off the kind Emy made sure she had supplied both yes both refrigerators with all of our requests. The house , balconies, pool area are pristine! This is where my review becomes different. My family who are Greek and live in Athens were literally shocked with the home for its beauty ,cleanliness and comfort. We went out one night for dinner . We loved the home so much we either cooked or ordered in and watched the sunsets . We celebrated my sisters 60th birthday, my husband was able to work ( WiFi is great) , my nephew even got to watch all the soccer games he wanted ! The lower level leading to the pool is literally a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and sitting area. My older kids really loved that bit of separation. I truly could go on and on about this home . Truthfully it is the first time I have felt that relaxed away from home . Must visit!

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

Dimitris was a fabulous host. Such a kind man who met us and showed us the property. The house itself was lovely, large and with all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed preparing and eating meals on the outside terrace. We walked around in the neighbourhood and visited the beach and Mycenae, both of which are very close. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a great stay here.

We spent a beautiful weekend in Kalavryta. The house is very large spacious with 4 large bedrooms. Huge living room with fireplace for hanging all together. generally we didn't miss anything. Very pleased. The host is totally understandable. We had a baby and it served us perfectly in everything we needed. Inside the village the house perfect location. I will definitely prefer it again!

Andreas is a wonderful guy and Villa Sofia is an amazing place. It is a little off the beaten path, but I came to appreciate that because that's what allows it to be so quiet and peaceful. The views of the bay are amazing and I/we hope to return someday.

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
