Family-friendly vacation rentals in Melendugno

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

Really beautiful house to the point that the photos in my opinion do not do it justice. The property is really huge and that for those looking for relaxation it is really ideal. The pool area is fantastic but in general the whole context is 10 and praises. Another positive note: despite being in the middle of August, we never suffered the heat without using air conditioning ; the exposure of the property, winds and thick pines ensure a very pleasant temperature even in August

A great solution for those looking for a home in a quiet area, close to the sea. Cosimo's house is extremely true to the description, comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and functional inside, a wonder of the space outside. Going out and along a short path you get to the sea. In our case, probably for the not yet high season and with windy days, the cleanliness of the beach left something to be desired. But that didn't affect the great experience. You need a car to get around, but everything can be reached in a few minutes by car, Lecce in about 15 minutes. Cosimo's parents who welcomed us were exceptional.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

This Airbnb was fantastic. Truly impressive property with amazing views. The house itself was very clean and open plan, equipped with everything you would need and more. The pool area was incredible and we spent much of our time here after going out for the day. It is by far the best airbnb we have stayed in and has every home comfort you can think of!

Great location and equipped with all the comforts. Highly recommended to stay. Incredibly welcoming reception with coffee. The swimming pool is a wonderful pleasant cooling after a long hot day of tourist trips.

Take everything you've read about Luigia's Archetipo and double the response when you are actually there. We've stayed in many, many AirBnBs worldwide and never found any like this. it literally takes your breath away. The expansive size. The beautiful decorating and art work. The history. The amenities at every turn. And the wonderful communication and special touch from Luigia. Simply put, exceptional!

Annalucia's love for this place she calls home is so evident in the way she conducts herself as host. She is warm, friendly and communicates so well, making sure we had the best experience in her "slice of paradise", enjoying both her home and the best Puglia has to offer. We had a week here and it was blissful. You do need a car - we did many day trips to towns and beaches from here. Annalucia also provides wonderful recommendations for things to eat, see and do. Swimming off the rocks opposite the house is possible when the sea is calm. It was very beautiful. I do hope that the unowned cats that hang around get speyed - or else kittens will proliferate, which isn't ideal. Our neighbours who rented the house next door were quiet and respectful, so we had several very peaceful days hanging out on the verandah with the most spectacular view, doing nothing. Annalucia's place had everything we needed for the most memorable of stays. We'd love to go back!

We spent over a month in this lovely villa among olive groves and it was the perfect time. The home is completely independent, well-decorated, and well-equipped. On the roof terrace overlooking Ostuni and the sea. It's quiet, nature, and trulli. Nicla left all the recommendations she needed. We recommend it with all your heart if you want to relax and explore Puglia - this house is just wonderful.

Very nice stay in Iacopo's house. Great view from the roof terrace, quiet location. About a 20-minute walk to Santa Maria al Bagno. The house was super clean. Iacopo is very nice and reliable. We will definitely be back! Thank you again Iacopo, also for the bottle of wine and the farewell gift !

This place was almost too good to be true. I had a last minute booking to stay in Otranto, and I luckily found this spacious condo. I was travelling solo, but this place looked big enough to sleep 3-5 people, and it was SO clean. My favorite part were all the neighbor cats that hang around on the balcony. The place has AC, laundry, full kitchen with pots and pans, TV, and good Wi-Fi (could be spotty at some points, but I was a remote worker and had no problems with connection). Otranto is a small community, so everything you need is within 10 minutes of walking. SO many great restaurants and seafood. I would recommend that if you're looking to come for the beach to come between August and October, as the May waters were still freezing. Nonetheless, a great seaside town to escape to! Simona was a kind and accommodating host who was able to meet every need I had. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay ! Great communication with host. They are very gentle , they take Care of you and are intrested that you hace a Great stay. House Is very comfortable. Big bathrooms, rooms, comfortable kitchen near to the center. I totally recommend it

We had a very relaxing family (two children, aged 7 and 9) holiday at Davide's place. The place has all that is needed to enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is well located with private and public beaches in walking distance as well as a few other interesting locations just a few mins drive. Davide was a great host, giving us precise information before and during our stay and promptly answering to all of our queries. All in all, a very positive experience

My stay at this vacation rental was simply fantastic! The property is located in a perfect location for those who want a vacation immersed in tranquility and very close to the foot of the sea. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and availability by the property who took care to show us all the comforts of home. The interiors are clean and tastefully furnished, offering an ideal combination of modernity and traditional elements. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare beautiful dinners in the house. The real icing on the cake was the private garden, a little slice of paradise that allowed us to roam our dogs in peace before leaving for the exploration of beautiful Puglia. I'll definitely recommend this house to friends and hope to go back again.

What a fabulous place with great comfort from our home and just incredible common exteriors: the 2 large swimming pools, Angelo's extraordinary vegetable garden that offers its beautiful vegetables every day, the sport offered with ping pong, foosball and billiards tables, and finally access to bbq with all the equipment! We had beautiful moments thanks to Luca and her family who have a little paradise 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Adriatic and the wonderful white city of ostuni! Discovering the vibe of the agri family and their friends on Wednesday night nights where a concert, fireworks, pasta workshop with the delicious antonella, children's entertainment and local dishes offered left us wonderful memories! Thank you again to all and special mention to Adele, the adorable receptionist who helped us a lot with the adjuster, we'll be happy to come back!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

It’s our second time staying at this beautiful slice of heaven. Cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful, clean, isolated but close to lots of amazing places to eat and things to do, spacious, and Sophie & Giovanni are responsive, helpful and kind hosts. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful stay in a very peaceful location. Enea was very prompt with communication and met us at the property. A lovely couple who greeted us with kindness. We were even left some local bakeries 😋 The villa itself is perfect, with lots to see and do around. We particularly liked being able to walk or cycle to the beach and also the nearby town of Gallipoli. Thanks again for having us!

Cozy, spacious accommodation with great outdoor area. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower are amazing. The kitchen is great, everything is taken care of. There are games, books, loungers and water play equipment for outside. We were very happy to use the outdoor kitchen, a highlight is the large barbecue. The house is very quiet, the huge garden with the fruit trees (from which you can eat) is also great for children. The landlord is incredibly helpful and available at any time. Car is necessary to visit the small and large cities outside. We had a great time here, even in wind and rain you will find a dry spot on the large covered terrace. We will be happy to come back, thank you for everything!

Marco's place was a fantastic find, we were met by Marco's lovely parents who gave us a tour of the place and showed us how to use the facilities and left their number in case of any problems. The Trulli house was beautiful and was everthing we had hoped for and a perfect base for exploring Puglia. The Trulli has both an indoor kitchen and a superb outdoor kitchen/ dining area which consisted of every facility you could need including a BBQ area and a Pizza oven. The pool area is stunning and a beautiful place to relax, surrounded by the lovely garden area full of herbs, plants and Olive trees, the inclusion of wi-fi speakers in the outdoor areas is a bonus and allowed us to play some chilled out music by the pool. All in all we could not fault Marco's stunning Trulli and would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting an authentic place in Puglia to enjoy a break. Thank you Marco John & Ann.
