We had a lovely stay at Donna's space. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything that we could have needed for our stay was there, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Donna was great at providing us with clear information about check-in and check-out as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location - walking distance to the beach, parks and shops of Elwood. The apartment itself is light and quiet with all required amenities and plenty of space. We would definitely stay again!

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. Very roomy with everything we needed. Anne was friendly and helpful. The seat at the front window with views across the park and bay towards the city was our favourite spot.

I have stayed at Thackeray many times. it's the perfect location on the beach.. great bike rides... easy to park... close to everything and Alyce is continually upgrading equipment in her home so everything works! highly recommended. a unique place with beautiful character.

Wonderful! Normally hate scorching heat and summer but staying here made me fall in love with it. Stayed for nearly two months while my house was getting renovated and felt like I was on a long extended holiday. The hosts (Lara and Jente) were very helpful and accomodating with everything. Smaller kitchen than what I was used to, but it worked out in the long run and ended up eating cleaner, fresher meals and got fit as a result. Plus being able to have dinner while watching the sun set from the balcony was absolutely heavenly. Will miss that place for sure. Thank you ladies!

Charlie’s place was clean and comfortable to stay in. His fast responses and clear instructions were greatly appreciated and made communication very easy. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was clean and extremely well set up for a short or longer stay. We loved all the extra touches like the welcome treats and toiletries. It was super handy having a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is very secure and we loved the location, which is very near to tram stops and a vibrant local area including great cafes and restaurants. There is also a Woolworths metro very nearby. Bring your running shoes if you enjoy running, as there is an excellent 5km loop around the Lake, just across the road. The pool area is amazing, with the most stunning views, lovely tepid water and piping hot rain showers to warm you up if it's a bit cold or windy. Simon and Renee are amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Melbourne, as I can't imagine finding another place that ticks so many boxes. Thanks guys!

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious and airy 60's-style apartment, which was perfect for our group of six ladies travelling for a sports event. The apartment had everything we needed—plenty of bedding, towels, pillows, and even extra mattresses. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Sarah, our host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal and made getting around super easy. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

A stone throw from the beach, coffee shops, street and train station. Nice spot to relax and unwind. Janelle was helpful very kind. I’ll be staying here again.

It was a great location - we were going to the Grand Prix and it was within walking distance. The beach was nearby and there were a number of options for eating out. Hannah was a great host and it was easy to stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at Selina’s bnb. Everything was clean, easily accessible and perfect for our stay. The location was incredible, walking distance to everything! We will definitely be back soon

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Stunning location and beautiful unit that has everything you could need. We really appreciated the extra towels, kids cutlery, excellent TV and communication provided. Easy to check in and out. Would recommend this location. Thanks so much!

What can I say….. just delightful, Lidia’s apartment was super clean, the bed linen was amazing and kitted out with everything you could possibly want. She clearly cares deeply about making her guests feel as comfortable as possible. The location was super close to the beach, and Frankie’s just round the corner was serving the most wonderful food…. Loved every minute x

Kate’s apartment has everything you’d need for a long weekend/ a stay for a few days. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is space to relax in the lounge and the location is perfect for walks to the beach or the local shops. Highly recommend the unit and coordinating the stay with Kate was very easy and straightforward. Thank you, Kate, for a brilliant stay!

Great location, public transport on door step and walking distance to all restaurants. We stayed with a family of 5 very comfortably. Nathan was a great host very helpful.

Excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and beautiful, and located in a great area. Sakshee was also extremely communicative and took care of all our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the slightly quieter part of Melbourne. It is a very family-friendly area and the accomodation had everything we needed for a lovely family stay. The esplanade is across the road with playgrounds in walking distance. We also saw a stunning sunset over the water on our last day by walking 2mins across the road! The fuel station opposite had all the essentials which was handy. Otherwise Acland street is a 10-15min walk away with Woolworths/ Coles and plenty of restaurants and cafes. All in all we had a great stay, and a special thanks to your very friendly neighbour who very kindly showed us where our gate was when we arrived in the dark later than expected :)

We had a most wonderful time for our 3 month stay at Matthew’s apartment. It’s clear that Matthew has spent a considerable amount of time, effort and money making the apartment what it is. The furnishings, beds, bedding and equipment are all top notch. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need and more. Lots of little touches that go a long way to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Matthew Is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay.He truly cares about giving you the best experience. Williamstown is a great place to stay, with easy access to central Melbourne via train. The station is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There are great cafes and restaurants in Williamstown itself, within an easy few minutes walk. Our favourite being ‘The Pint of Milk’. There is lots of great walks and cycling along the coastal paths and a lovely beach. The apartment was quiet with beautiful views, nice patio for breakfast and dinner
