Vacation rentals with a patio in Meidling

Manuel's place is beautiful, billa supermarket nearby and a McDonald's if you need emergency food. The place is by no mean central, but it's between 2 train stations, so pretty convenient never felt unsafe when staying there, Manuel is very responsive and the small touch and decorations for new year as well as the rose and chocolate for new year makes it even sweeter. highly recommended to stay at Manuel's place when visiting Vienna :)

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in Vienna. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation were just a short walk away, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, and the host was always available and responsive. However, there was a slight mismatch between one of the rooms shown in the photos and what we found in reality, which was a bit disappointing. We hope that in the future, the listing will be a bit more transparent. Overall, we had a pleasant experience – highly recommended!

Visiting my old home town from the other side of the world I almost changed my agenda just to enjoy the view. Great place, stylish apartment and very responsive hosts. With uncertain arrival times Sylvia always offered a plan B - thanks. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to use the pool but finally on the last day before pick up I managed to get up there and the view - simply stunning. Next time I need to factor in a few more days…

Wonderful accommodation. Very close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, a good starting point for exploring Vienna. We felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment. The highlight is the large, quiet balcony. Carina is a very nice hostess and everything was maximally uncomplicated

Great stay. Loved every bit. Apartment corresponds to description and photos. Always good to have capsule coffee machine and would be even better if hosts offered some tea 😃 Also maybe some essentials for showering, like shampoo and body soap. To my liking this apartment is 9.999/10 and so is the bakery downstairs ❤️ It’s a shame we stayed here for one night only.

Mario was a wonderful host! He answered all of our questions, even the ones we asked before coming to the apartment about luggage and recommendations for our trip. The house was spotless, well lit and the furniture very tasteful. He showed us the apartment personally and invited us to use everything we could find. The beds were very comfortable. The location is good, very near the metro and the tram. We loved staying here and highly recommend Mario as a host and his apartment!

The apartment was clean, spacious and close to a metro station. The pool in the top of the building is an excellent addition.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you Martin, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in your fully equipped vacation home. For all who will read these lines: You sleep quietly here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then find yourself on the outskirts of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favorite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Our stay at Bernie's place was completely pleasant. The place was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a great location. Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Tina is a wonderful host. I thank him for his kindness and attention. The house was cold in the evenings on the dates we stayed. I reported this situation to Tinan. He contacted the apartment manager. However, due to the fact that it is a central system and it is a warm situation for Vienna, we had a heating problem. However, it was important for me that Tina met with the apartment manager and tried to offer a solution. There is noise because the house is on the street, but we completed our stay by taking this into account. If I go to Vienna again, I'll contact Tina again.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
