Vacation rentals with a patio in Meidling

Manuel's place is beautiful, billa supermarket nearby and a McDonald's if you need emergency food. The place is by no mean central, but it's between 2 train stations, so pretty convenient never felt unsafe when staying there, Manuel is very responsive and the small touch and decorations for new year as well as the rose and chocolate for new year makes it even sweeter. highly recommended to stay at Manuel's place when visiting Vienna :)

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in Vienna. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation were just a short walk away, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, and the host was always available and responsive. However, there was a slight mismatch between one of the rooms shown in the photos and what we found in reality, which was a bit disappointing. We hope that in the future, the listing will be a bit more transparent. Overall, we had a pleasant experience – highly recommended!

Visiting my old home town from the other side of the world I almost changed my agenda just to enjoy the view. Great place, stylish apartment and very responsive hosts. With uncertain arrival times Sylvia always offered a plan B - thanks. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to use the pool but finally on the last day before pick up I managed to get up there and the view - simply stunning. Next time I need to factor in a few more days…

Appartamento pulito è dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Posizione ottima, a cinque minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana. Host molto amichevole e disponibile a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio o curiosità. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wunderbare Unterkunft. Sehr nah an der S- und U-Bahn, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Wien Erkundungen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Highlight ist der große, ruhige Balkon. Carina ist zu dem eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und alles war maximal unkompliziert

Great stay. Loved every bit. Apartment corresponds to description and photos. Always good to have capsule coffee machine and would be even better if hosts offered some tea 😃 Also maybe some essentials for showering, like shampoo and body soap. To my liking this apartment is 9.999/10 and so is the bakery downstairs ❤️ It’s a shame we stayed here for one night only.

Mario was a wonderful host! He answered all of our questions, even the ones we asked before coming to the apartment about luggage and recommendations for our trip. The house was spotless, well lit and the furniture very tasteful. He showed us the apartment personally and invited us to use everything we could find. The beds were very comfortable. The location is good, very near the metro and the tram. We loved staying here and highly recommend Mario as a host and his apartment!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aufzüge haben perfekt funktioniert. Ideal der Supermarkt direkt am Haus und der temperierte Pool im 31. Stock mit Blick zum Prater. Ich komme gerne mal wieder her.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Danke Martin, wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in deinem voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Für alle, die diese Zeilen lesen werden: Sie schlafen hier ruhig und haben die Auswahl, ob Sie sich auf einer weichen oder lieber auf einer härteren Matratze schlafen legen wollen. Sie werden hier vom Vogelsang geweckt. Natur pur, denn Sie befinden Sie dann, am Rande der Stadt im Grünen. Das Sisis Schloss, also die Hermes Villa in unmittelbarer Nähe, war unser Favorit, weil dort nur wenige Touristen dieses wunderschöne Museum besuchten. Wer gerne die Wanderschuhe anzieht oder mit seinen Kindern in der Natur spielen möchte, wird diese grüne Oase in unmittelbarenr Nähe des Ferienhauses zu schätzen wissen. Mit dem Bus und anschließend der U-Bahn waren wir in zirka 50 Minuten im Zentrum von Wien. Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Reise sehr entspannt genießen. Der nahegelegene Kurpark, in dem wir jeden Morgen spazieren gehen konnten, war wunderbar ruhig und schön. Wenn man Wien besucht, eine Pause braucht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft für die Familie sucht, können wir diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.😉

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Bernie war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und Bernie war immer schnell erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Séjour agréable dans un logement accueillant, en rez-de-chaussée ouvert sur un jardinet et très clair. Il n'y a aucune nuisance extérieure, l'environnement est très calme. Pour un séjour touristique, il y a trois atouts majeurs: la proximité de la station de métro U1, qui conduit au centre ville en quelques minutes (et donc aux principales activités de Vienne, sans les nuisance du centre), la proximité du Danube, (pour des promenades, une location de bateau, un verre au bord de l'eau), et enfin à deux stations de métro le très grand centre commercial Kagran qui propose beaucoup de services (si le petit super marché Billa tout proche ne suffit pas) mais aussi plusieurs restaurants. Pour venir de l'aéroport le bus VAL 3 est très pratique: en descendant à la station face au NH hôtel, on n'est pas loin du logement. Enfin, Sandeep est un hôte très réactif et très attentionné.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Tina harika bir ev sahibi. Kendisine nezaketinden ve ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Konakladığımız tarihlerde ev, akşamları soğuktu. Bu durumu Tinaya bildirdim. Kendisi apartman yöneticisiyle iletişime geçti. Ancak merkezi sistem olması ve Viyana için sıcak sayılacak bir durum olması sebebiyle ısınma problemi yaşadık. Ancak Tina’nın apartman yöneticisi ile görüşmesi ve çözüm sunmaya çalışması benim için önemliydi. Ev cadde üzerinde olduğu için ses oluyor fakat bunu göze alarak konaklamamızı tamamladık. Viyana’ya bir daha gidersem yine Tina ile iletişime geçeceğim.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
