A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Manduláskert, Kemencés ház

A Káli medence szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben, Szentjakabfán kínálunk kiadásra egy 2021-ben elkészült vendégházat. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. A Manduláskertet azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretik a csendet és a nyugalmat.

The two-floor house has a kitchen-dining room on the ground level with a bathroom meanwhile upstairs you can find the bedroom with direct terrace access. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
