Patricia's accommodation offers a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. It is spacious and perfectly equipped. Patricia is very friendly and allowed us to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time, thanks to her. The city is beautiful and there is no shortage of activities. We will definitely come back.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Loved staying here with my family (two kids aged 6 and 4). Lovely walk down the lake, great little town. We drove every day up to the ski slopes and very easy to do. Would recommend!

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

Very nice mountain chalet. Everything is big! Large shared spaces with a real kitchen for a large group which is rarely the case when you leave at 15! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with each a bathroom (special mention for super comfortable beds). there are also 2 more confidential spaces for a reading or cinematic moment, all tastefully decorated, comfortable chalet style. Very nice view of the surrounding mountain from a large outdoor table for a large table. Lots of outdoor spaces for the joy of children with the chickens of the owners who have been very successful. Everything is even more appreciated with the ecological dimension of the owners who have done everything in this direction in the renovation of this building. Very nice hosting with tips to enjoy the surroundings. i recommend ++++

Perfect stay, the house is great with splendid views of the mountains! We loved the environment, the walks around the house and finding a heated pool on our return. Beautiful garden and very large terrace, we enjoyed the plancha. Host was very responsive and welcoming. An address that we would recommend without so much as a second thought!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

It's a memorable weekend we spent with 10 adults at Nathalka's. We had enough room inside and out to have a great time. The host was very accommodating, it was great! Thank you for everything!

Nice surprise to discover this spacious house near the lake, surrounded by tall trees, in a quiet area. Nothing was missing for our family vacation. Everything is within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby to get to Annecy in 30 minutes. Very practical and safe outdoor facilities for children. We recommend waking up early, taking a walk along the lake, going up to the "Le Fournil de Mon Père" bakery, taking the time for a small coffee at the old port and bringing the croissants to the family who are waking up slowly...

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We loved the house. It's a bit further from the center than I hoped, but we loved the privacy and the quiet surroundings. The outdoor was great! We had dinners outside! The pool was great! Overall, we loved the house!

After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

We had a lovely family hiking holiday. Arrival and departure and communication were very friendly and straightforward. The whole decor in the house worked well. The garden and the view are of course the highlight. We recommend the place and Jacques as a host.
