Beautiful house with amazing views! Fine finishes and useful accessories such as a USB cable and ironing board... absolutely nothing was missing. Elena and her family are uniquely hospitable, always ready to exchange a few words and give advice on the area. Also excellent is the family-owned refreshment point where you can taste local delicacies. One of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed in... absolutely to be repeated.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was spotless, with a stunning view of the vineyards and hills. It’s clear that the place was made and designed with a lot of love and creativity. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even providing us with a thoughtful small snack upon arrival. The space felt so cozy and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and recharge. It has everything you need. We highly recommend this gem and would love to return in the future.

If you want to have a private break and above all peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The property is very spacious and had everything you need (from coffee maker to grill). The pool was a sufficient size and was heated, as well as very clean. After the fence, you can see deer, forest, cherry trees... The hostess welcomed us very warmly, we also got a cake and a small farewell gift. Anyone looking for time for themselves (alone, with partner or children) is in the right place. I thank you for this wonderful little vacation.

Fabulous accommodation. Beautiful and quiet, you are completely private. The hosts were super friendly and you could always contact them with questions, but they were also not intrusive, so we could fully enjoy our vacation and privacy. On the day of departure, we even received a care package. We will definitely come back, we enjoyed it sooo much :) Thank you for everything.

Very friendly host! Home has all comforts. 3 bathrooms and large bedrooms. Lots of privacy in and around the house. Beautiful clean outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is inside. Quiet and safe environment. Shopping center and supermarkets and bakeries are close by. Not far from town of varazdin where there is more to experience and a little more than an hour drive to Zagreb and Maribor. Plenty of towels, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher everything at hand. Garden chairs, sunbeds and beautiful activities on the lawn. In short, a beautiful accommodation. Some softer beds and pillows. 1 room really has a king size lovely bed! We have been super helped with cots and chairs. Please communicate your need and they will think along with you! Very nice to meet these people.

We were there over the New Year and enjoyed the time very much. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. It doesn't get boring as there is a spa, hot tub, private golf course, billiards, darts, and other games. The villa is very nicely decorated and has a huge property and there is a fireplace. The location is not bad you are about 1h from the capital Zagreb - for us it was convenient as friends of ours happened to be in the village next door. The spa area is really a highlight with its beautiful view of the Ludbreg skyline. Zlatko is very friendly and accommodating when we had a small problem with the hot tub he was there in 10 minutes and was able to help us. He was also always available otherwise. We would definitely book the villa again.
