The apartment is located in a holiday complex, where you also have a wellness area with indoor swimming pool and sauna available free of charge.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time via code and lock it with the code. The room and bath have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib is available, dimensions 120 × 60 cm (please let me know if you need it). The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

You live in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed(2.70m x 2m). Cosy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, pool for shared use outdoors. During the winter months, we operate our sauna. In the you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Including local tourist tax.

Studio apartment ZIRBE in Oberstaufen-Steibis

The property (about 27 sqm) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine are also available. In addition to the price for the apartment, the municipality of spa fee must be paid. This is 3 Euro person per night per person per night.
