Vacation rentals with a patio in Meaux

The perfect studio in a great location for a long weekend in Paris. It was clean and easy to access. The studio isn’t big, but if you plan to be out exploring Paris for a couple of days it’s perfect.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Modern and beautifully furnished. Comfortable for 4 people. With the metro, a stone's throw from the house, you can easily reach any place. We never met Clement but he was present and very kind.

Had a great stay at Valérie's. Valérie was always responsive and understanding. A spacious flat located close to the center of Paris. Line 7 is very convenient to get around the city. Recommended!

Located in a housing city, the apartment is about ten minutes from a metro. In the immediate vicinity is a pharmacy, two bakeries, a GB express, and a supermarket. The apartment is in a quiet environment. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and the small terrace is a plus when the weather is nice. In the apartment is all the basics for cooking which is much appreciated. Small downside but Anastasia's place has nothing, the neighborhood lacks nice places to have a drink or eat. Anastasia is a very attentive host to our requests and very accommodating. A big thank you.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with that The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. It was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Good location, great host

The reception at the accommodation was by the host himself. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. We arrived by car and were able to stay perfectly in front of the accommodation for free for the entire duration of our stay! The train station is a 12-minute walk away. A supermarket and the essentials are also within walking distance. The space was clean and quite small but perfect for a short term stay. Communication with the host went smoothly!!! The garden could also be used. We were very satisfied with the place :)

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

A very quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay, with easy access to the metro.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Excellent rental, very clean and functional, 200m from the bakery and butcher/charcuterie + convenience store. 5min walk to take a bus with stop at Disney Gate (25 min drive, every 15min until midnight), you can't do more simple. A great family stay 👌

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Kazumi was such a lovely host. Prior to our arrival, she reached out to provide us with the instructions for the check-in. She met us for the check-in and gave us a very detailed walkthrough on the building and the apartment. She also constantly checked in on us and provided us with recommendations on food as well as places to visit. The check-out process was also very seamless. Although the apartment is located inside an older building, at least there was an elevator in the building and the apartment was tastefully furnished and was as per the description. Really cosy and had all the amenities that we required during our stay. One of the reasons why we booked the place was because of the views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Although it was too cold to sit outside, it was really nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. Location was perfect because it was just a short walking distance to the metro, close to the shopping areas and attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.

It corresponded fully with our expectations. For lack of communication, I did not know that we were going by car, calling New Year's Eve and we were fully attended, it was all resolved. Very attentive, place well decorated as in the pictures, clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent hosts! Very responsive to all messages! The apartment was spotless and less than 10 minutes from Disney. A beautiful square full of restaurants, shops and a boulangerie are within 5 minute walking distance! Highly recommend!

Just as described. I appreciated the additional touches like, shampoo and bar soap, outlet converter, drinks in the fridge and coffee/tea.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s place. The location is very good. You can walk to several supermarkets as well as a metro station in only 2 minutes. The apartment itself is so colourful and cozy, we felt right at home. Our 3-year-old daughter loved all the toys, she almost didn’t want to come and explore Paris with us. All in all, it was a great choice for our family!
