Absolutely beautiful location! Great distance from Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, and Yellowstone.

The place is very comfy , cozy& clean -very comfortable open space . Stocked with everything you need and even had a frother to compliment the coffee maker! Easy to book from entering the home and to leaving Diane keeps you updated with all the information you need. Great location & pretty views. We will definitely book again !

A lovely location for visiting Gardiner and Yellowstone Park. Great deck out back with beautiful view of Yellowstone River. The unit is comfortable and tidy, with a well stocked kitchen. There is a binder with great information regarding hikes/trails in the area, and bear spray is available in the unit for your safety. I recommend visiting the Yellowstone Hot Springs - it is just down the road and terrific.

I really enjoyed my stay at the South Cabin. The views surrounding this property are breathtaking and access to the Yellowstone River was fantastic for some fly fishing on the days I was lazy and didn’t want to hike too much. It was perfect. The restaurant adjacent The Saloon in town had great steak. Although there is a bbq at the cabin and you can BBQ in front of the mountain view. The public access fishing sites throughout Montana are awesome and hope to see the same approach with Fish & Wildlife where I live one day. This property is between some of the best public access fishing sites I’ve visited. Gardiner through to Bozeman. There’s a local fly shop in Emigrant that was very helpful too. The hosts were very friendly and provided great information to assist with my stay. Will definitely be back to visit and will stay here again for sure.

Amazing place!! Right on the Yellowstone River, you have the most amazing sunrises and even better star gazing. Perfect location in between Bozeman and the Yellowstone entrance. It had so many extras, and they provided everything you could ask for! We had a minor (not their fault) problem on the last day and they were there to help immediately. Such nice people...I will absolutely be back to this very rental!

Our stay was amazing and the photos don’t do the place justice. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed which wasn’t pictured and the master bedroom is about 2 feet away from the hot tub with its own direct entrance and GORGEOUS view. kitchen is pretty well stocked with standard pots and pans, cutting boards, plates and cups, vegetable oil, pancake syrup, seasonings, jelly and some condiments. Communication was impeccable and hosts even let us check in a bit early and gave us the option to check out late. They allowed us to send Amazon packages to the house ahead of time. Would DEF go again.

The cabin was perfect. It was clean and exactly how described. It was quiet and private. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The location is convenient to Bozeman. Liz was a great hostess. She was helpful and responsive. We plan on coming out again in the future

Amazing views!!! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was perfect for our 3 couple group. It is in a neighborhood in the country, and the homes are well-spaced for privacy. The kitchen had ample cookware to make meals. The outside gas grill, gas fire pit, dining table, and Adirondack chairs made relaxing and admiring the scenery a true pleasure. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable allowing for easy sleep. 10 minutes from Chico Hot Springs, which we loved and went to twice. An easy drive to Livingston for unique shopping and great dining. Another easy drive (1 hour) to the north entrance of YNP. The highlight of our week's stay at Kady's home was a guided drift boat trip on the Yellowstone River that launched 10 minutes from the house. Kady is a gracious host and we are grateful that she has chosen to share such a special place with others.
