Vacation rentals in McKinleyville

We were looking for a place to host several family members coming into town for a wedding and stumbled on this absolute gem of a property. The cabin and associated out buildings are very charming and the natural beauty of the area is worth the price of admission, alone. Everyone enjoyed their stay and had a great time kayaking and fishing in the river. I’d definitely book again for any future visits. Jodi, the host, was always very responsive to my questions.

Peaceful place, near shops, easy to communicate host

Isabelle’s home was so beautiful! Location was quiet and peaceful but close enough to amenities. The hot tub was heavenly and had the pleasure of bringing in the hot tub with the Aurora Borealis dancing around us. It had all the amenities you would need and was very clean. She gave great local information and was easy to reach and answered any questions promptly. Loved our visit to this quiet peaceful spot.

This was the perfect little getaway and so peaceful. It was cozy, spotless and private. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous and the inside of the cabin was thought out carefully in detail and decorated so cozy! My favourite part was sitting outside in the screened in porch relaxing in the comfortable chairs provided while listening to the leaves falling around us and wind blowing through the trees so peacefully. The bed was extra comfortable too. Stacey & Roland were great hosts and I will definitely be back! They even left a birthday card for me which was so thoughtful! Thanks again for having us! ♥️

This cabin is a gem! Nestled in a beautiful forest setting, it’s the perfect retreat for nature lovers. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and every little detail is spot on. The hosts are incredibly kind and flexible, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. One of the best cabins around - highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Had the most relaxing Ladies weekend, the house is clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had everything we needed for dishes and other essentials and Andrea was very quick to respond. The hot tub was a lovely treat and the beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. We highly recommend and hope to come back! Location was great. We enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and private. We ran out of water at around 9PM and informed Joanne immediately and in less than 10 minutes she fixed the issue. She is a great host, she is fast in responding to my message. We will definitely recommend the place.
