The house was bright, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the dining table chairs and the open kitchen/living room concept. The space was excellent for our group. The cabin had more amenities than the neighborhood clubhouse! The TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living room probably couldn’t both be on at once or it would be crazy noisy. The beds are firm and the bedding is comfortable. The “streets” in the neighborhood are gravel/dirt hills riddled with potholes so I would recommend bringing an SUV or Truck over a car. Also, wouldn’t recommend driving at night. Overall, great stay! Clean and comfortable.

10/10 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We booked this oasis last minute, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the start, the host's communication was top-notch—quick, detailed, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process seamless. The cabin itself was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The coffee bar, cocktail bar, cozy blankets on the patio—every little detail was so well thought out. What made this trip even more memorable was how pet-friendly and accommodating the space was for our dog. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the patio, the lake, and the nearby trails in Broken Bow. And to top it all off, we were welcomed with music playing, a s’mores kit, and other delightful surprises that made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the best getaways I’ve ever experienced. If you're heading to Broken Bow, look no further—this is the perfect place to stay!

This place was amazing! We got the privacy and quiet we were looking for in a house that was well kept and furnished nicely. Our hosts were extremely communicative and the check-in process was incredibly easy, even in sub-freezing weather. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful!! Kids loved their bunk beds, everyone had their own place to relax and felt right at home. Loved the high ceiling in the kitchen/living room area, enjoyed watching the rain through the large windows.

The whole family was impressed and ready to go back any time. Some of us had been to Broken Bow before but we were all amazed by the whole property. It was secluded with tons of trees. There’s plenty of dining, living, and sleeping space for the whole family. Yes, the floors are squeaky but no one lost any sleep over it. Overall it was a pretty nice weekend. I hope we get to stay longer next time!

The house was beautiful. It had perfect space without feeling on top of each other or too distance. I loved how cozy the house was. The sofa was perfect for naps and large enough to fit our whole family on movie nights. Beds were so comfortable that we all slept great. I’m so picky about mattresses and quality bedding. It was amazing to have that experience. Kitchen is fully stocked. We made a ton of family memories. My husband loved trying to fish at the pond just steps away. We will be back for sure.
