A truly lovely home and location. The host has thought of everything - highly suited to family gatherings with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Beautiful garden design with some gorgeous mature trees. We even had visits from a friendly small family of magpies! We took our cherished family dog and she was spoiled for choice with several enclosed dog park areas nearby and of course the off lead area at the beach. Was hard to leave. Will visit again. We loved our girls weekend away at Karen's place. The house was light, cosy and very comfortable - especially the beds! It provided the private and peaceful space we were looking for. Loved sitting out on the deck and easy walk to 16th beach and 10 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs. One small item we missed was a coffee plunger to make our own coffee but the coffee from the corner shop up the road was excellent. Karen was a great communicator and was flexible with our request for a late check out. Would definitely be happy to come back again.

My family and I booked two nights at Sam’s property and the place was just what we needed! We had our early Christmas family get together and really needed a nice and spacious backyard with a deck and some shade. It was perfect and Sam was so fantastic at communicating with us the entire stay. Would highly recommend. We’ll absolutely be back.

Great location near to Penguin parade, private and peaceful place. The house is big and spacious. Unit as per photo described and clean. Close to all attractions and 5mins away from cowes town. we had a great and lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in St Andrew’s beach over the long weekend. The place is characterful, thoughtfully designed, and well set up gorgeous guests (especially keyless access). Yes there are a lot of places available on the Peninsula but this one stands out. Would stay again

A perfect house for our girls trip away. Explored the area during the day and enjoyed the comforts of the house in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our evening meals. The fire made the living room very cosy. Would be great in warmer weather to experience the pool!

Beautiful home, photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful view and so relaxing sitting on the deck with the amazing outlook. Olaf was so accommodating with great communication. We will be definitely looking to make the trip back sometime to this beautiful home. Thanks

A gem for a group stay! Our family group required 5 bedrooms and a dog friendly host. Tonina's house was exactly what we needed and more. The house is set up with big groups in mind and smallish dogs are welcome. The yard is BIG! We had a three night stay and used the house as the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula. There are plenty of shops including Coles and Woolies, just a few minutes drive away. A wonderful bakery is literally a 10minute walk away (but make sure you check opening times). Ours was a winter visit so the heated spa and log fire were a bonus! The house is well heated with multiple reverse cycle aircons, and very cozy. The bedding was fresh and near new. All the bedrooms were comfy. When you consider the cost per person per night it is very reasonably priced. The host is a gem. Always responsive but not intrusive. Appreciated the welcome gifts and many included kitchen condiments. Made us feel like we were home! Happy to recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! It's perfect for families with kids or larger groups, with plenty of entertainment options and an ideal setup for BBQs. The host was wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The description and photos are spot on. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here. The team were excellent at communicating with us and accommodating our needs. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. Clean and had everything we needed. Very private and peaceful, with lots of different spaces to relax with the family or on your own. The heated pool was a big hit, there was plenty of room outside for the kids to kick balls and ride bikes, and there were secure fences and zones to make it pet friendly. Great heating, cooling, fans, fire places, large screen doors to keep everyone comfortable. Highly recommend.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb experiences ever! The place was beautiful with everything you could need. The access to sauna, gym and cold plunge plus classes was absolutely amazing. Ashlea was a fantastic and responsive host. The space was really comfortable, spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we could've needed and more. Highly recommend this place! Cannot wait to return. I just wish there were more Airbnbs this great 🤩

Really nice country style home, set next to the pub and barn bar, within 10 minutes to beaches, spas, restaurants and attractions. Peaceful and quiet but close to shops if need. We highly recommend. Plenty of room for families and couples and pet friendly. James was super helpful and chill. Enjoyed our stay a lot!

Jane’s property was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay down in St Andrew’s beach! It was the perfect size for a bigger group of guests, and is very secluded to accomodate for peace and quiet! Views were brilliant and all up was an amazing stay! Jane is extremely helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

Relaxing inside and out.welcoming home that was presented clean and clutter free. Easy drive to Cowes and San Remo. Limited opening days and hours for the Rhyll 3 shops with exception of general store that has gas bottles and fire wood. Prearranged for a Coles delivery on our day of arrival which worked brilliantly. Overall if you want quiet great place to stay. Lots of flies holidaying in Rhyll too- thanks for the aeroguard Jane. Mark’s place was absolutely fabulous for our needs. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Bedding configuration was super handy and the fully enclosed backyard was perfect for pets. The balcony with a view to the ocean was lovely for meals and the huge dining table inside was great for spreading out our craft projects! The table tennis table downstairs was an added bonus. Lovely to see local wildlife all around us. Will absolutely stay here again.

The Shack was a brilliant stay. Beautiful and spacious, plenty of space for kids and pets. Great kitchen, bathroom and living spaces with comfy beds. We are already planning our returns.

Carmel’s place was such a cute and cosy getaway studio! It was just what we needed! We could bring our dog which was the best part and going to the beach was so close. Best birthday weekend ever! Hot springs was only 14 mins away. Would definitely come back! Thanks for the comfy bed Carmel! 🥰🙏🏼

A great cosy space perfect for a romantic nights getaway. Really appreciated the bread, fruit, champagne and chocolates. A very nice unexpected touch!

Lisa was the perfect host for such a great little bungalow! The place was very well thought out with many items available to use during your stay. Couldn’t fault anything and felt very welcome. Loved meeting Mavis the pug and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We were welcomed with brownies that were to die for! Very friendly hosts and lots of great local recommendations. Can’t wait to visit again!
