5-day stay for 2 couples + 3 teens, perfect and functional accommodation. Quite well equipped overall, a very nice little courtyard in good weather. Easy to find accommodation with plenty of parking in front of or behind the house. Well located for visiting Carcassonne and its surroundings.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

We had a pleasant stay at Baptiste's. We were hosted very well on site. The place is great for a change of scenery and letting yourself be carried away by the charm of the place. The fireplace was lit when we arrived, to our delight. Thank you to Baptiste and his Mom for allowing us to have such a refreshing stay.

We found the garden to be a big plus. The view into it, through the French doors, really opened up the space. My husband especially enjoyed the entrance, from the street to the apartment door. It felt very old world, European, authentic. The location was ideal, just a block or so from Place Carnot. The apartment was small but fine for a couple. It had everything we needed and was very clean.

The accommodation is great and true to the description and photos given by Sylvain. The environment is beautiful and quiet and offers a whole bunch of activities for children and adults, we had a pleasant stay and plan to come back for a longer stay. A peaceful little haven close to the center of Toulouse. Extremely well located 2 min from the metro and small shops. It is an intimate place perfectly arranged where you forget the city and its effervescence. We will come back if the opportunity arises!

The apartment is as described, it is 15 minutes from the center. The terrace is a plus because there is no opposite and quiet. All in a very secure residence, parking is appreciated as well. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage in the accommodation. i would recommend it without hesitation!!

You will have the best time here,everything is perfection, from the decor to the hot tub and garden. The apartment was a haven after the heat and noise of the cite and Jerome couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be recommending.

Great, very clean accommodation.

Very nice apartment, simple in a quiet environment. quite a few things nearby to do the shopping if you do not have cars. Quite simple to find, but if like me you do not have a sense of orientation, a little wolf of thread and you will have help from Florence. The entrance is a little hidden but once you know it's fine. The subway is not far away and there is everything you would need next door.

Great stay, a very pleasant accommodation to experience. I would highly recommend it!
