House vacation rentals in Mayo

Great place. Just down the street from markets, pubs and restaurants. Always available parking in front of unit. Well appointed. Clean and neat. Only complaint was that beds were terrible. No top sheet. And really uncomfortable. I’m not sure if this is standard Irish mattresses, but very thin and hard. Fine for a night but after a couple nights, we dreaded bed time. And very small for a couple to share a bed. But cool to wake to the bleating of the neighbor’s sheep. Baahhh.

Food good value for two families sharing. There are two bedrooms each with a double and a single bed, and another room with a double bed. Loads of space, and a walled hard finish front, back and side garden that the little footballers enjoyed when needing to burn off a little energy before we all headed out. Would recommend.

Billy and Orla are the super host, very friendly behaviour and responsive all the time. Checkin was so smooth that I can’t expect this from anyone else. Billy was present to welcome us and gave a quick tour of his beautiful house. A complimentary basket with lot of goodies and wine was great gesture from his. I must say the African wine was so great. Very quiet and peaceful place and open swimming pool across the block as well as a great kids play area. If I’m going again Mayo, definitely it will be Billy’s place. I will highly recommend Billy house. Thanks for everything Billy and Órla.

There were 6 of us on a hiking trip. The house was perfect for what we wanted. The location is fabulous for going out at night, but nice and peaceful. Parking right outside the door. There were plenty of sheets, towels, cutlery, crockery etc. The house was very clean.

Had a beautiful stay , beautiful home with lovely views . Lots of information about the locality , and a warm Welcome from host when we arrived . Really exceptional comfortable house with a nicely equipped kitchen and some staples to keep us going . Amazing views of the sea and mountains with walks to nearby beach . And in the evening we lit the stove and played board games , we will be back !

Beautiful, clean, spacious house with a back patio - perfect! Loved the location, the Dolce Gusto machine, and the kitchen supplies. Sarah was a great host.

We had a great stay at John’s place. It is really well set up for larger family groups, particularly if you are lucky enough to get some sunshine and can use the outside dining area. The house is in a beautiful setting with super views. Large gardens which the kids loved playing in. It’s a little bit out of town but it’s only a short drive. House was very well kept and was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Our stay in Amanda's house surpassed all expectations. The house is great, very well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable beds ! There were board games as well as a ping pong table and other sports equipment to keep the children busy. The space was perfect for a group of 11. Be aware you definitely need a car to get there but once you're there, the area is go gorgeous and peaceful that' it's definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend Amanda's house if you want to really disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Achill and the surrounding area.

We celebrated my husbands 60th with our children and grandchildren in beautiful kileen beach house the beach is just a minutes drive away or a 15 minute walk ..went kayaking in old head beach with the lovely Catherine..house was spotless and had everything we needed. A wonderful weekend we will remember for a long time ❤️

Lovely house in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Andrew was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so private and tranquil, really good space to get away from it all. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our stay here. It's ideally located between Westport Town and the harbour and has a very convenient Centra close by with everything you could need. The house is in a lovely quiet estate with lovely views of Croagh Patrick. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable, was just ideal for our family of 5. Breda and Niamh we're great hosts, very prompt to reply to messages and left us a beautiful hamper for our arrival as well as hiking sticks for climbing Coagh Patrick. Would really recommend this house.

We had a lovely stay in Jacqueline’s home. The house was very clean and in a great location. The bed linen was spotless. The beach and restaurants were in a short walking distance. Jacqueline was very accommodating of our requests and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. She also provided extra little touches which were a lovely treat. I would definitely recommend Jacqueline’s house to anyone looking to stay in Enniscrone.

If you want peaceful walks in a gorgeous setting with sheep wandering by then choose this one!! The accommodation was spic and span with all that we needed. You will not be disappointed 😀

The stay at Dave and Lorna’s place was amazing great views from the house and very close to Westport town, the house it’s self was outstanding very clean and everything was sitting out waiting for you towels, soap Etc they even left wine and other extras there for us would definitely recommend staying again 10 /10 value for money, will be back for sure thanks again Dave and Lorna !

This is a great location, it's so close to the beach as well as to all the village amenities. This small, 2-bedroomed house is bright, clean and comfortable with the kitchen well stocked for cooking. We had a minor problem midweek and June answered my text very quickly and sent help. We highly recommend.

Fabulous location and beautiful house. Claire was really responsive and helpful with any queries during our stay. Just a note to stock up on groceries before you arrive as it’s a trek to the nearest shop. But so tranquil- Easter bunny came to visit while we were there which was a great treat for the kids!

We had a wonderful stay and we were very happy with the beautiful holiday home. There was excellent communication and any questions were quickly answered. The property was clean and spotless. We stayed with 2 children and a travel cot and high chair were available. We had a lovely stay and would love to go back again
